I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for Fivefeetabove. They shot our wedding and honestly did such a good job. From the first call they were easy to talk to. No pushy sales stuff. They just asked what we wanted and what actually mattered to us. On the day they were everywhere but never in the way. They got all the big moments and a bunch of little ones I didn’t even know happened. My mom holding back tears. My partner laughing during the vows. Our friends going absolutely crazy on the dance floor. Our couple portraits actually felt like us, not stiff or awkward. We got the gallery back faster than we expected and going through it had us crying and laughing all over again! 🤍

Honestly, booking marwah and her team was the best decision we made for the whole wedding. From the first call they just got us, and by the end it felt like we had friends behind the cameras. I got married in June 2022 and paid for a package with Five Feet Above that included my engagement video and photos, along with my wedding video and photos. Because Marwah and her team were DELAYED in delivering what I had PAID FOR, Marwah OFFERED me a custom USB and wedding album as a complimentary gesture. I’ve been following up for FOUR YEARS now, and I’m still chasing them for my wedding deliverables.

What’s even more frustrating is that after all this time, Marwah is STILL LOOKING INTO why things weren’t delivered 4 YEARS AGO and “check” whether she even still has my footage. I shouldn’t have to be asking where my wedding memories are or whether they even still exist.

My friend recently left a review after seeing how long I’ve been dealing with this and messaged Marwah about it. Instead of actually addressing the fact that I’m still missing things from my wedding package, her response was that we were “begging for free stuff” and that I could “take legal action if I need to.”

I’m not asking for free things. I’m asking for the things that were included in the package I PAID FOR.

COMPLETE LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY!!

I’ve honestly regretted working with these guys as vendors. They took all the money, and I’m almost at a year since my wedding and still haven’t gotten my full videos. They never respond or keep their commitment on dates of delivery.
