I had hired Fivefeetabove Productions for photo & video services for my wedding in London, ON, and hands down the best photos and videos I have ever seen! Not only were they punctual, but they captured every little detail at my wedding. I couldn't be happier! Poor management of client expectations.

The team showed up on time, were pleasant to work with, and we were pleased with our photos and videos.

However, our contract stipulated 4-6 months for delivery. It took them 18 months to deliver (our event was July 2022, we got our usb package Dec 2023). Not only that, but they lied to us not once but three times saying “it will be ready next week!” whenever we inquired. For context, these inquiries were months apart. No accountabilty. Worst part, after all that time, they couldn’t even spell my husband’s name right on the video! Sloppy work. Had to go back and ask them to fix it.
They did offer to print a small complimentary album for the prolonged wait. Was told it would take ten days to complete, it’s been over a month and counting now…
Which just makes their apologies about the severe delay seem insincere.

My pictures and videos turned out great, I was very happy with the way everything turned out. Working with them was also great, but unfortunately I had to wait 18 and a half months for my final USB delivery. I signed their contract that stated their turnaround time was 3-6 months “but it’s not guaranteed”. I didn’t think too much of it because my friends and family that booked with other vendors received their packages within 4-6 months. So I thought it would be the same case for me but nope, I was constantly lied to about when I would receive my final photos and videos. They would respond to my emails 10-14 days later or wouldn’t reply at all and I would have to double email them or send them a message on IG or comment on their photo to get their attention. They sent my photos and videos on separate dates by email so everything was scattered rather than delivering everything at once. Communication was a disappointment to say the least. I tried my best to be patient and kind as I understand everyone has their own life. But this sure was a frustrating process. I don’t like to be lied to and feel like I’m being dismissed especially for a service I rightfully paid for.
