The physical basis for collaboration, altruism, trust and interest-based conflict resolution techniques, has been identified with the "tend and befriend" hormone oxytocin. Activities done with one or more other people raise oxytocin. Skydiving can produce a greater than 200% oxytocin spike. iFLY is a facility that contains a recirculating air-free fall simulator allowing people to experience skydiving without having to jump out of a plane, in addition to full corporate conference facilities.
