I could probably write a 1000 word essay on how great my experience with Maple Leaf Staffing was. From the initial messages 2 days prior, all the way until everything was packed up and all of our guests were gone, this company proved that they're the real deal. They're very reasonably priced, and the 2 servers/event staff they sent were beyond amazing. We were feeding 100+ guests after a funeral, so no one would be able to meet them to coordinate as we'd all be at the funeral. They met the rental crew and catering crew, got all of the tables dressed, buffet set up, drinks on ice, food in the chafing dishes, and were just in constant motion the entire day. Making sure the chafing dishes were always full and that plates were cleared off tables when guests were done. They even cared about the cleanliness of the venue, grabbing brooms and mops to ensure it was left the way it was received. At one point, my 3 year old nephew was running around wildly. One of the servers picked him up and put him on her hip, played with him, and continued serving while he was on her hip. That was the icing on the cake for me. If at any point, you are on the fence about whether to get any extra help for your event, I assure you, Maple Leaf Staffing is a decision you will never regret. It gives you time back to mingle with your guests and enjoy your event while they handle all the stress of making sure all the little things are taken care of. Truly a blessing.

Mesi and Helen were incredible for our engagement ceremony. From setting up to serving drinks, they left no stone unturned. They're self starters, didn't need much instructions, and professionally handled the entire event so we could enjoy it with our family.

10/10 would hire again.

Elsa was a wonderful bartender for our evening event. She got right to work and organized what was not the ideal space for a bar set-up. She was warm, friendly and respectful to all guests and contributed to the success of our organization's birthday party. Highly recommended.
