I took my mother and daughter for the ugly Christmas sweater cocktail cruise and wasn't impressed. The hors d'oeuvres menu promised several options but all we received were the tacos and turkey flatbread, oh and cookies later. The female bartender was handling cash and then putting her bare hands in the ice bin and dropping cubes in the glasses. The boat was so cold we had to wear our coats the entire trip and at the end of the night when the servers were clearing tables we noticed one with a tray with three cookies left on it and she was putting the dirty napkins from all the tables on the tray with the cookies but when she dumped the napkins in the garbage she removed the cookies and put them back with the others. I would not recommend these cruises to anyone. Not worth the money. The DJ however was great and there was a fun photo booth and a Santa judging the costumes who made sure to go around and say hi to everyone and I was able to get some nice photos of the harbour.

We hosted an afternoon cruise for 150 people (corporate event), and the whole team at Mariposa Cruises was excellent! From getting a quote, to planning the menu, and the actual day of the event - the whole experience went very smoothly. Our guests had a great time and are looking forward to having the same event next year! Kudos to Lauren, Larissa, Aaron, and the whole team at Mariposa!

I arrived to board my cruise when I wasn't on the list. I had my receipt handy and it turns out I booked the wrong day. I was very upset but the Mariposa Cruise staff was absolutely amazing. They let us on anyway even though they were fully booked and they let us sit at the top of the boat beside the bar and the d.j. The waiters on the boat were very friendly and courteous and I'm absolutely impressed. Such a great experience. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing cruise with stunning views of the Toronto skyline.

Today I officiated my first wedding on a boat! What a treat it was to board the Mariposa Rosemary for a 3- hour wedding cruise through the Toronto Islands. Special thanks to Captain Rob, first mate, Kyle and service staff Reika and Loya for the cheerful welcome. Sara, the events coordinator, met us all at the boat to ensure everything was running smoothly and was very accommodating to the couple throughout the process. The buffet was plentiful and food was very good quality. The boat decor is very cute and comfortable... it's one of the smaller boats in the fleet and was the perfect size for an intimate ceremony and lunch reception. Washrooms were clean and easy to navigate. I'd highly recommend this experience for a unique and fun small celebration!
