I am Chinese-Canadian and my husband is Tanzanian-Gujarati-Canadian. For our wedding we really wanted someone who was able to confidently do decor for our Indian events and then switch over to a more secular design for other events. We met with a lot of different decor companies trying to acheive this goal. One of our best decisions in planning our wedding was going with RB Planners. Rimsha and Sasha are so easy to work with and increadibly accommodating. Their team did our decor as well as florals. When we first met Rimsha, we had a lot of ideas about what we wanted things to look like, but nothing was really put together. We gave all of our ideas to Rimsha and Sasha and trusted their expertise to make it happen. They are truly professionals at this and required very little guidence. A lot of decor companies we met with would look at our ideas and tell us they were not possible or that the price of what we wanted was astronomical. There were even times we would say to Rimsha "we know this is complicated, so if it is not possible we can live without it" and she would say to us "No! This is your vision and we are going to make it happen for you." It was amazing knowing that our vision was her vision as well. RB did the decor for three large events (200+ guests) at White Oaks Resort and Spa in Niagara-on-the-Lake: an Indian Sangeet, secular wedding ceremony and a secular wedding reception. Because we gave Rimsha very little instruction and trusted her expertise, we were absolutely floored when arriving at the hall for the first event, our Sangeet. This plain conference room had been transformed into a palace of colour and liveliness. Our wedding ceremony was a couple days later in the gardens of White Oaks. There were two other weddings happening on that day in the gardens, and I have to say... ours looked the best! The last event was the wedding reception which was actually in the same room as the sangeet. It was simply amazing how the room completely transformed with their work. Now, we were in a floating garden paradise. The decor was beyond perfect, better than I could have imagined. One of our friends commented that "Pinterest has not even seen this yet!" Rimsha and her team were able to execute a scene that was so extravagent and beautiful, but in no way felt over-the-top or tacky in any way. It was classy and luxurious. I could not recommend RB Planners more!

I left a negative review on their facebook. I was harassed with 3 phone calls trying with them trying to “rectify the sitaution” after blocking one number another one would call me and so on. In the fb review i commented that after my appointment i had to chase after them to send a quote in which they screenshoted thier email to me and said they had other clients to tend to. I then tried to screenshot a message i sent to them asking them to send it to me 15 minutes before they emailed me but it appears i was blocked from commenting. Real mature. But i guess more bad reviews on other sites is what they want. They also called me out for using the word invoice and claimed they sent me a quote not an invoice ... big whop same thing different name. Either way be aware they charge for labour and then they charge for set up. If thats not the same thing then idk. They also include delivery in prices then charge for delivery. Anyways i got quoted 140 for a bridal bouquet plus whatever thier delivery is but i found someone who offers for 100. Dont sign up with just anyone do your research. Also my favourite part is them asking me to contact them directly if they can help with my negative experience meanwhile they blocked me from commenting back to them. RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND OVER PRICED.

Rimshas design is exemplary. She never disappointed and gave us exactly what we wanted the day of our mehendi. Her design colors are never repeated which makes each and every event she does unique. Highly recommended. All our communication was primarily over email since my wife and I both live in the States and she responded promptly and efficiently. The day of the mehendi, the decor was done and ON POINT! Whatever issues she had with the venue were sorted out by her so we never even got to know what the issues were. Very professional and reasonable. Whatever she asks, give it to her - because she multiplies the amount by hundreds and the decor does not look cheap! Established, respectful and accommodating. Her team is as good as her work and everyone she works with and hires is amazing and competent at their tasks. Thank you for making our event so over the top luxe. I had my daughters 1st birthday party decorated by RB planners. They did an amazing job!, the creativity was outstanding and the final look of the event was fantastic. Everyone who attended the birthday party loved it. Also the wonderful RB Planners Team was very helpful and took care of any request/concerns I had, I would definitely recommend them to others!
