A: We start with a minimum investment of $30,000 per event to ensure impeccable event design and attention to detail along with high-quality production and delivery

Q: Where is Ethereal Creators based? Do you travel?

A: We’re based in Toronto, but we serve events across the GTA and beyond—including Niagara, Muskoka, and destination weddings

Q: How do consultations work?

A: After submitting an inquiry, we schedule a design consultation where we learn about your vision, share ideas, and build a personalized quote

A: We specialize in transforming inspiration into custom designs that reflect your venue, culture, and personality—no two events are ever the same

Q: Do you rent out decor items or just design?

A: Both! We have a curated inventory of luxury event rentals available on our @etherealcreators_rentals page

Q: Are your flowers fresh or artificial?

A: We work primarily with premium fresh florals. For select installations, we may incorporate high-end silk florals where appropriate for scale and budget

Q: Can you work at my venue?

A: Absolutely. We are a preferred vendor at many of Toronto’s top venues, including Fairmont Royal York, Liberty Grand, Hotel X, Arlington Estate, Château Le Parc, Paramount EventSpace, Aga Khan Museum, Paletta Mansion, and Three Feather Terrace. We’re also happy to design for other venues across the GTA and beyond
