This is not a review, so much as a very special thank you to Roll This Way. For several years now I have had the absolute joy of working with RTW to assist in making my private events spectacular, not to mention stress free. I use them frequently, so much so that at times I feel I am predictable and dull and should perhaps choose a different caterer. However, my guests more often than not let their wants and desires be known and ask (demand) with great excitement that RTW sushi will be what goes into their bellies. True story. Perfect! I would not wish it any other way. RTW are absolute stars. They are so professional, so courteous, fairly priced. Also, very clean in their work. But beyond this, the sushi is a ten out of ten. Delicious! Always fresh, the rice, oh...so good. It is so soft and perfectly seasoned...the rice is just as important as the fish. Over the years they have added scrumptious new creations to their repertoire. Each one tastier than the last. As you can see from the photos on this site... the food and presentation is gorgeous. I have had them cater events from ten guests to almost 200. Each time without fail. They have never disappointed myself or my guests. RTW will drop off freshly made or, and i cannot recommend this enough, they will come live to your event and prepare delights on site. Very fun. Chef John, i hope you know how much i appreciate you and your team. You have never let me down. In fact you have gone beyond and surpassed expectations. I really cannot thank you enough. RTW has been my “go to” for so many, many years... and i do not expect this to change. Thank you for everything. You serve this half Japanese girl well. #proplevate Kimika Darling

Very professional and on point service. Definitely love the “white guys-with tattooes” making sushi. Only thing lacking was that we didn’t order enough! Need less to say...excellent flavour and quality! A must have for any party!

RollThisWay sushi was amazing! I was looking for a not-so-typical corporate lunch for my team of 15 at work and was introduced to RollThisWay. From start to finish the customer service was impeccable. They were able to tailor their services to our exact needs and responded timely to all inquiries and questions I had for them. On top of the amazing food and fresh rolls, they provided all of the essentials, including wasabi, ginger, soy sauce, individual cups for the soya sauce, chop sticks and napkins! This made the lunch easy to organize and it was a fan favourite throughout the office. I will definitely be ordering from here again for any other corporate lunches or events in the future, to get away from the boxes sandwich lunches that everyone is used to seeing.
