The Bright Side performed at my daughter's wedding - July 20, 2024 at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel. Beyond fabulous! The dance floor was packed and rocking all night long! Shawn Rompre was a pleasure to deal with, both before the wedding, and the day of. Many guests said The Bright Side was the best wedding band ever. I had a few musician friends as guests and they also gave The Bright Side high praise.

We had the Brightside play at our wedding and they absolutely brought the house down! They were fantastic throughout the night from their cover of our first dance song to dancing sets that got the entire wedding onto the dance floor!

Shawn was amazing to work with leading up to the event. His communication was great and he took our personal taste into account when putting together the set list.

We would recommend the Brightside to anyone in the greater Ontario region!

What a band. What a sound. So talented, so professional, so fun. We looked at a LOT of bands to find the right group for my wife's 1970s-era birthday party. The Brightside had an amazing look and sound, and Shawn was amazing about finding the right combination of musicians to fit our budget. They got the crowd dancing immediately and they were everything we hoped they would be.

You will not be disappointed!! The Brightside is an incredible band, filled with incredible musicians. Beyond their music, they always take care of their clients - ensuring that all of their requests are taken care of (song choices, lighting, etc).
I am a wedding planner in the industry, and recommend them to any client looking for a band for their celebration. You can guarantee your guests will be on the dance floor all night long!
