As a couple with hectic schedules and little experience in event planning, finding Rainbow as our wedding planner was a true blessing. We didn’t have a specific vision for our big day but she took our ideas and turned them into a stunning design that was both beautiful and meaningful. Her creativity and attention to detail were evident from the start, and the final result exceeded all our expectations.

Rainbow was always incredibly responsive, even when we had last-minute changes or requests. She managed vendor communications with ease, ensuring everything was in place as the big day approached. On the day of the wedding, everything went off without a hitch. The ceremony and reception were seamless, stress-free, and absolutely gorgeous—exactly what we had hoped for, but even better.

From beginning to end, Rainbow handled every detail with professionalism, expertise, and a personal touch that made us feel taken care of throughout the entire process. We couldn’t have asked for a better planner and are so grateful for everything she did. Rainbow was our month of wedding coordinator and I could not be happier! She was meticulous in the details leading up to the day, was an advocate for us as a couple, and her years of experience comes through clearly when we had any questions. I cannot express how thankful and appreciative we are to Rainbow and her team! We had the pleasure working with Rainbow since the beginning and it had been a seamless experience. We had moved to New York in the early days of our planning, however our special day were to take place back in Canada and so having Rainbow was our savior. She’s got a great eye for detail and design, as well as amazing organization and in the end, her work exceeded all our expectations and within budget! We hired Rainbow to be our month of coordinator and MC during our wedding. She brought in her assistant Nice to help on the day of the event. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and execution were evident from the beginning. She made sure everything was set up perfectly and that we were on schedule. Her timing was also perfect, I didn’t feel rushed nor stressed, and everyone was able to fully enjoy the wedding day. Rainbow was also very accommodating with family requests and last minute changes. Everyone complimented on how perfect the wedding was planned and how smooth and on time the day went.

Furthermore, as MC, she created the most engaging atmosphere during the reception. She was even able to get our families onto the dance floor, which is an amazing feat on its own. Their contributions were indispensable to the success of our day. Thank you for everything Rainbow, you made it a memorable occasion that we will remember for a lifetime. We can not express just how grateful we are to Rainbow and her whole team for the comfort she gave to us before and on our wedding day.

The amount of insights, thoughtful details, and assurance she gave allowed my partner (now husband!) and I to feel relaxed and enjoy our day to the fullest.

From spreadsheets that kept us organized and on track to day-of decision making that allowed us to be fully present and in the moment, there is much to be grateful for.
