Third Place is a unique, open concept venue that is the perfect mix of airy, lofty, romantic and modern aesthetics, with warm hospitality from our dedicated events team. We feature a unique in-house menu, or your choice of our incredible list of preferred caterers.

Facilities & Capacities

Third Place features 3000 square footage of flexible event space designed to accommodate all kinds of event styles from weddings, social, corporate-related events. A two bedroom Airbnb is available to provide a comfortable spot to prepare before the event begins. Our max capacity is 130 guests cocktail style and 80 seated.

Services Offered

Third Place boasts a dedicated events staff that understands the meticulous attention your event deserves. We will work carefully with you to craft a day that reflects your vision, budget and ensures your event flows as smoothly as possible. To help keep clients stress levels to a minimum, our team offers assistance with event planning, audiovisual needs, setup, and cleanup. We allow our clients to use outside vendors for further customization of their special day.

Cuisine

Both our in-house caterer and preferred catering partners offer an array of options. Catering services such as buffets, cocktail receptions, family-style service, hors d’oeuvres, plated service, stations, and others are all available. In addition, you may opt for either a cash or an open bar for your event, depending on what best suits your celebration’s needs. Third Place also has an extensive array of bar services:

We hosted a media and influencer event here for a beauty brand launch. The space provided beautiful bones to work with, and we received many compliments about the venue from guests. The staff and event manager, Tania, made the event planning process a breeze (one of the most organized experiences with a venue we've had!). Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. Plus the mixologist and bar team were amazing and our custom cocktails were delicious!

We hosted a truly beautiful commitment ceremony at Third Place and could not have been more delighted! All the pre-event viewings and planning were helpfully supported by Tania. The day-of was great fun as we had access to Third Place for the several hours making decorating a relaxed pleasure. During the ceremony non-stop support was available and room change-over was seamless.
Bartending was very skilled and professional: cocktails delicious!
Third Place glows warmly as a chosen event space as do our memories.

We hosted our wedding reception here and we could not have chosen a better space. Very grateful to Tania and her whole team for working with us and our vendors to make sure everything was set up beautifully. The staff are highly professional and everything went off without a hitch. It truly was the best night of our lives!

We’ve used this event space 3 times now for fundraisers for Trout Unlimited and similar clean water charities. The space is perfect for multi use and we can easily host people with cocktails/food as well as provide educational activations within the space at the same time. The entire team is very easy to deal with and super pro. Space is gorgeousz
