The service was okay, but it didn't meet our expectations. It felt like they were solely interested in making money. I had specifically requested a Hummer limo, but they provided a Cadillac limo without any prior communication. When I asked about it, they responded with the usual excuse that the car was in the repair shop at that time. I wasn't satisfied with the service. Beware whoever going to book with them.

Toronto Limo and Party Bus Rental are Outstanding!!! If you are looking for a fabulous Limo service in the GTA, let me tell you about our wonderful experience with Whitby Limo & Party Bus/Toronto Limo. We were trying to give our grade 12 Grads a special evening since their Prom had been canceled due to Covid-19. We decided to rent a stretch limo ride from Toronto Limo and Party Bus Rentals and I couldn’t be happier with the amazing service we received. From our first conversation they were so courteous, helpful and accommodating, even when I was being a little high maintenance asking for timing and destination changes. Our driver Pam was outstanding and gave the kids a tour of Toronto that was fun, exciting and unforgettable! The kids had a fabulous time and I can’t thank them enough. I have recommended their Limo service to all my friends and will definitely call them anytime we need an awesome Limo service. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Toronto Limo and Party Bus ❤️

Definitely recommend Toronto Limo Rentals. After searching through several options, this company was the only one truly interested in gaining a new customer. The other companies were inattentive, weren't available to meet, etc. When we reached out to Toronto Limo, their response time is prompt, they answer the phone, then get you answers. They gave us a tour of their fleet, gave us very reasonable and competitive prices and assured us that we would be taken care of on our wedding day. We had a few schedule changes, which they accommodated seamlessly. They were upfront with gratuity. They proactively called to finalize pick up/drop off and corresponding times. They did not rush us on the morning of, because we had booked them for a set time frame (highly recommend you do this if you are planning a wedding, so that the driver doesn't have to leave for another customer's pick up/drop off). The one complaint we did have was with a driver, Harry, who insisted that we tip them and that they were operating on contract, so the agreed upon gratuity was inadequate. When I called this to the attention of Toronto Limo, they apologized, informed me that the driver would be disciplined and kindly offered my family a complementary ride to the airport (which was really well timed, because my parents were leaving for a trip). The complementary trip was very comfortable and the driver was friendly and accommodating for my parents. It was a really nice luxury to send my parents to the airport in comfort in a limo! I was so pleased with the service , the friendly and helpful staff organizing a ladies birthday trip to Niagara by the lake wineries and another one to the Greek town.
