I ordered from Upbeet for a family reunion and it was amazing! Everyone has such diverse diets but the food was able to satisfy them all. They really listened to my requests and created a menu that worked perfectly. The food was the right touch for such a special event!

Upbeet has been a great alternative source of meals for my family. With aging parents, they are learning more and more about the benefits of eating vegetarian and vegan and Upbeet is able to give them that flex in their diet. We recently catered for an event at home as well and everything was on time, hot and tasted great. We had some allergies as well and the trays were clearly labelled with no issues. I would definitely recommend this company for meals or catering, an amazing option in the space of vegan food!

Upbeet is FABULOUS !!!!! The meals are incredibly delicious, nourishing, nutritious, healthy, creative !!!! and made with both care and LOVE !!! Ordering and receiving was effortless. If I could give this company negative stars I would. Incompetent. They don't care. They completely ruined my 40th birthday party by providing incompetent staff and food presented as gluten free when it was not. The food arrived before the staff and they wanted to leave it in the garage. My daughter brought it all in the house because this was a surprise party for me. When we arrived the staff had no idea what to do with the food. She did not use the warming drawers we provided to keep it warm and proceeded to constantly ask how, where and what to serve. Regarding allergies I asked her 3 times to confirm the foods that were gluten free, she confirmed samosas, jackfruit sandwiches were gluten free. I asked 3X because I was surprised at the type of bread and she confirmed. During the dinner she provided cookies, I asked her to confirm they were gluten free. My daughter who had to help unpack them told me they were sweets from the earth brand. I was surprised these where gluten free. I asked the staff to confirm. She even messaged the manager to confirm and yes. I asked my own housekeeper to go out to the garbage for the wrappers and sure enough they were containing wheat as first ingredients. I could not believe this. THEN the server went on to tell me that the samosas and sandwiches we ate also were NOT gluten free. My children began to cry because they know the stomachaches we get. This ruined my entire week dealing with the symptoms of being glutened. No one wanted to finish dinner it was a complete disaster. This company took zero responsibility. The only initial compensation we were offered was a refund of the cookies!!! Be basically had to trash an entire dinner of $1500 for their mistakes and they offered cookies that we ordered as gluten free and they sent incorrect anyway. Their reasoning was that my daughter (20( brought in the food from the garage and she opened the corner of two of the containers and tried it. Since the owner left me a message that she would like to send a free meal. I would never eat their food after this experience. You couldn't pay me to take it. Absolute gross incompetence. That goodness none of us had immediately life threatening food allergies. The food wasn't even catering quality. More like what you would get in a cafeteria. Stay away!

My partner and I are both vegan and wanted to make sure our wedding represented that. We reached out to upbeet foods as we were drawn to their menu and were instantly connected with the staff. The staff of upbeet were friendly, helpful and professional. We arranged a tasting and were amazed by the food they provided. My partner and I were so happy to find a vegan caterer that had delicious food and would travel to our venue up north. The upbeet staff were very accommodating and worked with us to create the perfect menu. On our special day the guests all loved the food and even asked for the recipe for the cauliflower wings. We are so happy that upbeet was able to provide our guests with a wide range of vegan options so they could experience our lifestyle. My partner and i would definitely recommend upbeet catering and we cant wait to work with them again in the future.
