We like to add warmth and comfort to our fall dishes and one of the best ways to achieve this is with a flavourful broth. This dish is perfectly balanced with light flaky cod, hearty potatoes, with the chorizo bringing a smoky depth of flavour.

Turkey Sliders

2019 fall catering trends from 10 of torontos top catering companies, 9

Who doesn’t love a great burger? We are firm believers that burgers should be enjoyed year round. Our Thanksgiving sliders are always a hit in the fall. The secret ingredient is the oodles of bacon that brings umami goodness but doesn’t take center stage. The fresh baked brioche slathered with tangy-sweet cranberry chutney and the crunch of the creamy brussels sprout slaw help to make this fall seasonal burger - devilishly good. You’ll find loads of holiday-inspired, scrumptious finger foods and one-of-a-kind food stations available on our catering menus this season.

Lemongrass-Ginger Grilled Octopus

with coconut jasmine rice, tom yam green mango salad, and lat prik
2019 Fall Catering

This dish is inspired by the beautiful colour palette of fall - deep reds, yellows and oranges, and from travels through parts of Northern Thailand. With local fruits and vegetables moving out of season, we've combined what's left with some great produce rom around the Globe: Green Mangos from Thailand, local green beans and tomatoes, all with a spicy Lat Prik sauce. The sweet Coconut Rice that is served with this dish is like a warm hug - perfect for a colder fall day! Perfect for a station at a big event or a wonderful first course at a sit down affair. The slight accents of chili and salty peanuts will linger, enticing the guest to continue their culinary journey until every last morsel is devoured.

Mushroom Ragout

sauteed mushrooms, 63-degree sous vide egg, homemade focaccia toast (grilled fresh on a Japanese Konro grill, fresh truffles, micro greens
2019 Fall Catering

We love that this autumnal vegetarian dish still finds a place in every carnivores heart. The wild foraged mushrooms offer the most depth of flavour, in that every bite is different then the last. The perfectly done egg yolk provides a silky sauce to lusciously coat the mushrooms creating a perfectly composed dish!
