"We got married in July 2018 and had an amazing unforgettable experience. Jay and his team created a beautiful fantasy that will be remembered for years to come. Jay was awesome, not only did he accommodate many of our requests, he also helped us plan an amazing wedding. On the day of wedding, Jay actually saved us when our cake melted from the heat during delivery by providing a beautifully designed foam cake for pictures. Between the food, decorations, first dance, smoke machine, Jay and his team were present to take care of everything. I would recommend this place for your events It was truly a wonderful experience and service. I will definitely have my future events at Claireport Place.From,Hossam & Ailiya" (more)

"Overall, we are very happy to have hosted our wedding at Roma's.1. Decor - while Roma's is not located in the most picturesque place (industrial looking area), the building itself is well maintained and beautifully renovated. The hallway and room were clean and well kept. Bathrooms were clean too. We had a Christmas wedding and the holiday decor was tasteful. The table and chair set-up was done as we had discussed prior. Coat check was available at no cost, as was ample parking.We had the bigger room which fit our 150 guests with plenty of space to spare - you can easily fit at least 200-300 people there.The smaller room was also hosting a wedding but we did not hear or see the other party since the rooms and entrances are separate. The dance floor was more than enough for our guests.2. Food and Drink - the food and bar were good, however the food arrived over an hour later than scheduled which meant that appetizers had to hold people off for longer than planned. With that said, once the food arrived it was good. The tasting was also pricey, but the staff accommodated us and took our review to heart.3. Staff - we planned most of our wedding with Joseph, communicated with Janet, and also had the pleasure of meeting Albert the day-of - all staff were professional and accommodating. There were a few months after we booked the venue that communications were difficult, emails took weeks to get answered and calls weren't returned, however all issues and concerns were sorted out eventually. Prior to the wedding, Roma's helped us accommodate performers (dancers and musicians) that we were going to have at our wedding. On the day of the wedding, servers were polite and professional, and Joseph and Albert were attentive and easy to reach. Both gentlemen brought concerns to my attention and addressed issues appropriately throughout the evening - for this I was very thankful. All-in-all, I was happy that we decided to host our wedding at Roma's - I wouldn't have it any other way." (more)
