Woodbine Racetrack

"We recently had a company event in the Woodbine Club Suite at Woodbine Racetrack. There were 16 of us and it was a beautiful venue to mingle, enjoy delicious food, bet and watch the races. From the suite there was access to the bleachers, which made for a fun experience to stand outside and hear the crowd cheer as the horses raced by. Woodbine is such a fun atmosphere and all of our team had an excellent time. The food was also delicious. We pre-selected our menu options and they did not disappoint! There was so much to choose from. Everything was hot when it arrived and the ingredients were all so fresh. The portions were perfect to, everyone left very satisfied! We would highly recommend hosting a team company event at Woodbine and hope to go back soon. " (more)

"The Second City was a great venue to work with. We always received excellent service from both the sales team and the onsite staff, which made it easy for us to run our event. Thank you again to Erin and her team for a great job." (more)

Cineplex Entertainment

"Nice place with good ambience.. Good food stalls to eat munchies for a movie.. Theatres are clean with good employees.. Movies with general admission are a pain.. Especially if there is a rush like most good Indian movies have.. Seating can be a pain in such theatres.. Lines for in demand and general admission movies are long and start sometimes 30 mins before showtime.. So plan ahead if you want good seats else be ready for a close encounter with the screen.." "Rides are all pretty cool. Mario Cart racing, the real racing simulator, and the void were all lots of fun. Nice, relaxed atmosphere. The digital token / ticket system is effective, except the lack of real tokens and tickets takes away from the experience a bit. All the rides (except the void) were very reasonably priced (much cheaper when converted to dollars than other arcades, i.e. the Midway at Niagara Falls) and paid for with tokens on the digital card they provide. However, the void was paid for separately and was too expensive for the short run." (more)
