Lisa did an amazing job planning our wedding! She was very well organized and helped keep up on track to achieve our dream wedding. She was incredibly professional but most importantly very adaptable. She was able to accommodate our numerous changes (including last minute changes the night before). She was always available to us and worked around our schedule to make this process as easy for us as possible. She helped source a lot of our vendors and coordinated with them during the entire process, allowing us time to focus on other things. During the day of the wedding, she was always present, but at the same time not in the way, allowing us to take in the wonderful experience without have to worry about any logistics. She kept the entire wedding on track and made sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. I can truly say the day would not have progressed in such an effortless manner if not for her and her team. I would highly recommend Lisa. Thanks for all your help Lisa, we really appreciate it!

We hired Lisa Wu for our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we've made for our wedding! She is incredibly organized, meticulous, timely and all at the same time amazingly caring! On the day of our wedding, I did not look at the schedule once as her and her team were able to keep us on track the entire day. This gave me the opportunity to just be in the moment for one of the best days yet and created for completely stress-free day! One of her assistants, Jen, was also very sweet - she would hold onto my (heavy) bouquet everytime we were waiting in cue for any of the key events. A HUGE THANK YOU to Lisa Wu and her team for making our wedding day that much more beautiful to enjoy. Applause all round!

Lisa was our month-of wedding planner and she and her team were phenomenal! Lisa was very thoughtful, professional, organized, meticulous, accessible, and put into action our dream wedding ☺ From planning and organizing the logistics of the day's events to patiently explaining the ins and outs of a Chinese tea ceremony, Lisa was amazing! Throughout our planning time together, Lisa was very responsive and was always there to give advice on all the little things that came up. She and her team were professional and always around to support the flow of the day without being intrusive – it was comforting to know Lisa and her team knew our itinerary and kept us on track. Some highlights included making sure the train of my dress looked picture-perfect and was free from twigs and grass (outdoor photos), ensuring my husband and I stayed hydrated, organizing hors d'oeuvres to be brought to our bridal suite when we had some downtime during cocktail hour, leading us seamlessly through table-to-table toasting (and giving the next table a heads up), giving our wedding party heads up or few minutes warning time for speeches. It was these little things that allowed us and our wedding party to be present in the day, instead of worrying about the next task. Our family and guests had such positive things to say about Lisa and really noticed the professionalism, level of organization, polite demeanour, and attention to detail she and her team brought to our wedding! When we first met up with Lisa, we had almost all our vendors booked. She gave great recommendations for limo service and connected with all of our vendors a few weeks before to ensure start times and that everyone knew the relevant itinerary as appropriate. She took our planning and ensured it was all executed seamlessly. Lisa and her team really put our minds at ease and gave us the peace of mind to truly enjoy the day! She was a dream to work with! As people often say that weddings go by very quickly, I want to re-live every minute of it and have Lisa’s coordination all over again! Honestly, she was the best and I feel like I’m putting more time into writing this review than I did my wedding speech hahaha, but everything about Lisa and her team was spectacular! I would 1000% (and already have) recommend Lisa for wedding planning/coordination!

When my fiance and I decided to get married, we really did not know what involves in the wedding process besides having a date in mind. Having Lisa as our wedding planner was really one of the best decisions we have made. She helped bring our vision to reality. She is detail-oriented, patient, and, flexible at the same time. Lisa was always prompt in responding to our questions and she was able to problem solve our concerns. She kept us organized throughout the planning process and we were able to complete our tasks ahead of our schedule. She is resourceful and was able to match the best vendors according to our needs. She made us comfortable to enjoy our big day as she took care all of the details behind the scenes and ensuring everyone in the party had a great time. Lisa truly helped make our dream wedding come true. It was everything that we wanted and more. She is truly a gem in the industry as she puts her heart out to help her couples/clients enjoy the big event in their lives!

Lisa was the month-of coordinator for my sister's wedding in August 2015 and after experiencing the timeline the first go-around, I knew I needed to have her plan my own, which took place in July. I cannot express how instrumental Lisa was for bringing about my dream wedding - it was insanely comforting to have someone so thorough and organized to tick and tie all the details and identify gaps. I would call and text in a panic and she would always be quick to respond and take time out of what she was doing to help. A big shoutout as well to her assistants, especially Cindy. Lisa and her team are thoughtful, prepared, thorough and at one point we were about 50 minutes behind during our reception and with their help and a few tweaks, we managed to buy back an entire half-hour. If that doesn't convince you that you're going to be managed by a crack team, I'm not sure what will. They not only met my expectations but exceeded it. Thank you so much, from the bottom of our newlywed hearts.

Lisa made our dream wedding come true! Both my husband and I have really crazy work schedules and Lisa was there every step of the way to ensure that everything was covered and executed perfectly so we did not have any stress at all leading up to the wedding. Not to mention both we are a very last minute couple but Lisa was there to help get our sh-t together which is exactly what we needed with the remaining weeks we had. Working with Lisa was wonderful! She responds so quickly, works so proactively, and is so knowledgeable within the industry. I was able to agree with all of her suggestions and trusted that she would execute everything with ease. What differentiates Lisa from others is her passion and joy she puts into her work. She always puts the couple first and always ensures that whatever we plan for the wedding made us happy and aligned with our vision. Lisa, THANK YOU SO MUCH for all that you did for Michael and I.
