The space was transformed beneath its signature glass backdrop, where natural light and clean architectural lines created a setting that felt both modern and intimate. The event offered a clear look at how the venue can shift seamlessly from ceremony to celebration, all within one striking, centrally located space.
Element Event Solutions reimagined the room as a refined expression of modern romance, layered with rich blue tones and lush floral elements by the artistry of Secrets Floral Collection and Mastiko Flowers. The respective teams’ thoughtful approach combined texture, colour, and ambient lighting to create an atmosphere that felt elevated yet inviting. Seasonal, locally sourced blooms added depth and natural elegance, complementing the overall design without overpowering the space.
No wedding showcase would be complete without a strong lineup of creative partners. Mirror Mirror Activation introduced playful, personalized elements through photobooths, favours, and interactive touches, while Stephita Invitations bespoke stationery and videography by Modern Frame Media captured the atmosphere with refinement and details.
Additional contributions from Wedding Legends, and Stasia Smirnova Photography added further depth, while Axe Media Group brought the vision together with a visually striking element that grounded the space. Confections by Dolce Vita Cakes and Yue's Cake Boutique added a final layer of artistry, delivering beautifully crafted desserts that were as visually compelling as they were indulgent.
Entertainment played a central role in shaping the atmosphere throughout the evening. Scratch Experience Group set the tone from the DJ booth, blending energy and rhythm to keep the room engaged, while G Pinto - Violinist added a modern, soulful layer with live violin. Supporting it all, EPiQVision‘s expert sound and lighting design elevated the experience, creating a cohesive and immersive ambiance across the space. Medusa Entertainment captivated guests with their signature lamp-dressed greeters, bringing an elegant, whimsical touch, while live painting by For Your Delight transformed fleeting moments of energy into lasting works of art.
A talented group of caterers ensured guests were well taken care of throughout the show.Eatertainment Special Events & Catering, Daniel et Daniel Catering & Events, Food Dudes, Toben Food by Design, Marigolds & Onions, and 10tation Event Catering each presented a range of inventive, flavourful bites, offering variety and creativity at every turn. Attentive service by The Butler Did It kept everything running smoothly, with staff thoughtfully attending to guests’ needs.
