Christina and Santino wanted an industrial chic wedding that flaunted old-world elegance and modern simplicity. The Fermenting Cellar, a large, bare, industrial space in the historical Distillery District provided this ideal mix of old and new. The bonus? The space allows for a lot of artistic freedom and can transform into any couple’s vision.
From the Bride: During the course of the 8 years that I was with Santino, I had always been dreaming up the ‘perfect’ wedding in my head. But none of those dreams even came close to how perfectly incredible our wedding day really was. We wanted our wedding to be as organic, natural and seamless as possible and that is exactly what it ended up being! It was a day filled with tonnes of smiles, dancing, laughter and most importantly, true and unconditional love.
The team at Love by Lynzie Events + Design was on hand to help coordinate the couple’s dream wedding and made sure the day ran smoothly beginning with morning mimosas for Christina and her bridesmaids (is there anything better?) and a to-die-for lace wedding dress and matching Jimmy Choo lace shoes. Wolf Photography captures all of day’s special moments.
The romantic ceremony was held in a romantically lit space with uneven clay walls, decorated with cream coloured candles and florals.
Following the ceremony guests shared appetizers and enjoyed a five-course dinner in a charming ambiance. The venue’s high ceilings were decorated with dainty chandeliers and hanging greenery. Sparkling tea lights tucked into glass bulbs hung from vibrant green plants. Gold vases and candle holders were surrounded by centerpieces designed by Jackie O Florists. Rich and unique, white-and-cream blossoms were arranged with navy and deep red flowers. Christina and Santino were so grateful that their closest family and friends were present for their special day. After the speeches, Michael Coombs Entertainment played great music while everyone danced and had a good time. An absolutely amazing night!
