I was able to partner with the Mad Bash team to coordinate a fully virtual event for hundreds of attendees. Thanks to their expertise and meticulous approach to event planning, we were able to generate ideas, gift items and experiences that drove connection and togetherness even though attendees were across Canada and the US. Being able to bring that level of care and engagement to a remote event really elevated anything we could have done independently. Lynzie and Jessica were great to work with and Sharon, our dedicated event coordinator, was an incredible partner throughout the entire process. I cannot thank them enough for how they contributed to the event and brought my vision to life. Already looking forward to working with them again soon.

We hired Mad Bash Group for our Wedding Management (3 month service), and it was truly the best thing we did during our wedding planning process. Since we do not live in Toronto, it was very important for us to have some feet on the ground and experts who knew the Toronto wedding industry. Mad Bash Group went above and beyond to provide that for us. We worked with Jess, who is an absolute star. Jess was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and organized, and I truly believe that our day wouldn't have been the same without her. We are so grateful for all the hard work Jess and team put into our day to make our wedding perfect. For anyone planning an event in Toronto, you will not regret hiring Mad Bash Group!

Your search is over! MadBash Group was phenomenal to work with and plan our wedding. Sharon, in particular, was amazing to work with – highly organized, professional, patient and friendly, she always had things under control, even when we didn’t feel that way. We both have busy jobs and not a lot of time to plan a wedding and Sharon involved us at just the right level to allow us to stay focused on work but still feel like we’re putting our touch on our big day. Another special shout out to the creative/design team at MadBash – they took a nugget of inspiration from us as a couple and ran with it! The décor and small touches that came through on our big day – it was the second most commented thing from our guests (after how lovely the happy couple looked, of course 😊 ).

For anyone reading this review, I have one piece of advice: "If you want the perfect wedding or event, there is only one way to achieve it - hire the Mad Bash Group. Period."

Every person, at some point in their lives (whether they admit it or not), thinks and dreams of their perfect match. For those lucky ones who win that life lottery, there is nothing more important than to share the love and joy with their family and friends on their wedding day. That was the case for me and my new husband. So after our engagement we began our extensive search for ideas and vendors to create the perfect and magical wedding we had in mind. That search came to a stop when I met Lynzie from Mad Bash Group and had the pleasure of working with her amazing team, Sharon and Sarah. What Lynzie and Sharon delivered was absolute perfection and pure magic. Every guest and vendor was lost for words when it came to describing the beauty of our wedding and compared it to what they have seen only in movies and fairytales!

Our wedding was one of the best days of our lives, and working with Lynzie and Sharon was absolutely delightful. They were creative, professional, kind, patient, super organized, efficient and just amazing individuals to work with. Sharon never stopped smiling and checking in with us to make sure we were doing well and enjoying our day, while trying to organize 100 different things. THANK YOU Lynzie and Sharon for giving us one of the most memorable days of our lives and creating a magical night.
