I hired Shani (Dion Events) for my daughter's baby shower. She provided few options for the themes, which was great as I was not sure which direction to take. Every little detail was executed to perfection. The cakes, one was a traditional and one was like an open book, with actual looking pages were superb! Our guests have never seen such treats!! There was a clear time (She was amazing as our MC) schedule for everything- food, toast, cutting cake, games...And then we had unexpected surprise from the venue on the evening of the day before the event -their main water pump burst underground. That meant: no kitchen (no food prep), no running water, no dishes, no silverware, no glassware...In a panic I contacted Shani. She came through with such great ideas, she even went to get EVERYTHING from plates, to forks, champagne glasses, water glasses, that absolutely did not look like they were not real fine chine, fine glass or silverware. Everything was gorgeous. Can not thank Shani enough for making almost ruined event such a great impressive event. The venue looked gorgeous!

The event was literally exactly how I envisioned and relatively in the budget considering everything is so expensive nowadays. I HOPE to use Shani again for planning. Shani is a remarkable party planner. I would HIGHLY recommend her for any event. She had great ideas, many resources and the patience of a saint. She has an eye for detail and created the atmosphere for the party I dreamed of! She was there every step of the way including all through the event to make sure everything went smoothly. The party was amazing. I could not be happier with her services!!!!

I'm so glad I made the decision to have Shani as the event planner for my 30th birthday. She was readily available to me, whenever I had questions, and was brimming with ideas. I appreciated her years of experience and knowledge. She knew how to get the right vendors for my party and I never would have been able to pull it off myself!
