Right in the heart of Queen West, Twist Gallery is a 5,000 sqft New York loft-style concept with large French arch windows, beautiful hardwood flooring, exposed beam ceilings and a terrific view of Queen West. Ideal for approximately 180 seated.
This past Thursday, owner Nadia Kakridonis opened the gallery to Toronto couples in search of their uniquely suitable wedding space. Guests left both happy and well-fed, thanks to fare provided by some of Toronto’s top wedding caterers.
The delectable food was certainly welcome on this very windy winter evening. The art-inspired dessert was also a nice touch (since the venue is an art gallery and all). The food was all just so delicious that it wasn’t uncommon for guests to stop by their favorite caterers a few times over.
We loved that local artist Jessica Gorlicky Performance Artist painted live at the event. Gorlicky grooved along to the music provided by DJ Floh Back Productions, while her brush slid along the canvas. The end result was a gorgeous piece of unique art created right in front of our eyes!
