Callie, Steffi, and Prachi were our month-of coordinators for our wedding and we're so glad we booked them! They honestly made the last pieces of wedding planning (timelines, managing decor, coordinating with all the vendors we booked) so so easy and stress-free!

My husband and I had a Chinese Tea Ceremony in the morning and Callie helped with the facilitation and reciting of blessings and calling all the groups. We also were able to borrow their chinese wedding decorations which made it so much easier for us, not having to buy separate specific decorations for! They were also extremely flexible with borrowing and returning the decor!

Steffi was our primary coordinator and was with us for the whole day. She assisted with our wedding rehearsal and her professionalism with ensuring we had our allotted rehearsal time against other wedding couples and coordinators helped us put our trust her in. She worked closely with all photographers /videographers and makeup artist on the day-of and also took behind-the-scene photos! We provided a portable mic and speaker for the coordinators to use to call out groups for formal photos with us, and although they were not able to figure out how to use it. Steffi stepped up and used her voice to ensure the formal photos with each group/family unit during cocktail hour went smoothly.

Prachi assisted with the decor arrangement and cleanup at the wedding venue and coordination with our venue coordinator, decor rental and dance floor vinyl vendors on top of many others. She executed our vision to perfection and we were amazed at how it all came together so beautifully!

My husband and I both highly recommend CPW month-of coordinators to help with ensuring a flawless and stress-free wedding planning and wedding day!

We hired Victor as our officiant for our wedding this past May 23 2026, and we’re so happy with his services ! Some of our guests thought he was a close friend of ours, just because of how personal, funny, and curated he made our ceremony. We decided to do private vows beforehand but he made the ceremony statements and storytelling of our relationship, very personal to us and summarized our relationship perfectly. Although a bit pricier than other officiants, we felt the extra investment was worth it for how heartfelt, humorous, and personable he made our ceremony feel. We wouldn’t have had it any other way ! It was truly an honor to work with Callie Pak Weddings, and I am forever grateful for Callie, Wilma, and Aliyah. My wedding would not have been possible without Callie and her incredible team. Not only did Callie keep our day organized, but she also went above and beyond to handle any unexpected issues that came up.

On the morning of the wedding, I was feeling extremely anxious and nervous, as I don’t do well being in front of lots of people. As soon as I texted Callie saying that i was feeling nervous, she called me right away to check in. While many people were trying to reach me as I was getting ready in the morning, the only person I wanted to talk to was Callie. Hearing her voice instantly made me feel better and it meant so much that she took the time to support me in that moment. She is not only exceptional at what she does, but she genuinely cares about the people she works with and that makes all the difference.

We didn’t have a designer, as we created all of our decor ourselves including the table centerpieces, arch, welcome mirror, seating chart mirror, aisle decor, and more. Callie and her team handled everything seamlessly and brought our vision to life. They also kept everything running on schedule and ensured the day flowed smoothly.

Whenever I needed anything, I knew I could rely on Callie and her team and honestly, our wedding would not have come together the way it did without her.

I truly appreciate everything Callie has done for me and choosing Callie Pak Weddings was the best decision that I made. I wholeheartedly recommend Callie to anyone looking for a wedding planner or coordinator! 🫶

There are not enough exclamation points or adjectives to describe how incredibly wonderful Callie and her team are!!!!! As a self-proclaimed control freak I didn't initially see the need to hire a wedding coordinator for my daughters wedding. After our first meeting with Callie, I was quickly converted. Callie knew exactly what needed to be done, when it needed to be done, and dealt with all the small details that would have been overlooked. Callie might be the most organized person I have ever encountered. She consistently followed-up with vendors and provided us with detailed timelines through the whole planning process. Callie's team of Sam and Elaine were indispensable on the day of the wedding. They knew exactly what needed to be done and when. Having them by our side throughout the day allowed us to sit back and enjoy the wedding. They made us feel at ease and relaxed. Their calm demeanor was exactly what needed.
