It was truly an honor to work with Callie Pak Weddings, and I am forever grateful for Callie, Wilma, and Aliyah. My wedding would not have been possible without Callie and her incredible team. Not only did Callie keep our day organized, but she also went above and beyond to handle any unexpected issues that came up.

On the morning of the wedding, I was feeling extremely anxious and nervous, as I don’t do well being in front of lots of people. As soon as I texted Callie saying that i was feeling nervous, she called me right away to check in. While many people were trying to reach me as I was getting ready in the morning, the only person I wanted to talk to was Callie. Hearing her voice instantly made me feel better and it meant so much that she took the time to support me in that moment. She is not only exceptional at what she does, but she genuinely cares about the people she works with and that makes all the difference.

We didn’t have a designer, as we created all of our decor ourselves including the table centerpieces, arch, welcome mirror, seating chart mirror, aisle decor, and more. Callie and her team handled everything seamlessly and brought our vision to life. They also kept everything running on schedule and ensured the day flowed smoothly.

Whenever I needed anything, I knew I could rely on Callie and her team and honestly, our wedding would not have come together the way it did without her.

I truly appreciate everything Callie has done for me and choosing Callie Pak Weddings was the best decision that I made. I wholeheartedly recommend Callie to anyone looking for a wedding planner or coordinator! 🫶

There are not enough exclamation points or adjectives to describe how incredibly wonderful Callie and her team are!!!!! As a self-proclaimed control freak I didn't initially see the need to hire a wedding coordinator for my daughters wedding. After our first meeting with Callie, I was quickly converted. Callie knew exactly what needed to be done, when it needed to be done, and dealt with all the small details that would have been overlooked. Callie might be the most organized person I have ever encountered. She consistently followed-up with vendors and provided us with detailed timelines through the whole planning process. Callie's team of Sam and Elaine were indispensable on the day of the wedding. They knew exactly what needed to be done and when. Having them by our side throughout the day allowed us to sit back and enjoy the wedding. They made us feel at ease and relaxed. Their calm demeanor was exactly what needed. We recently got married and had the pleasure of working with Callie's team as our day-of coordinators. From start to finish, Callie herself was absolutely spectacular. Even before we signed the engagement letter, her attention to detail was impeccable. She was incredibly responsive, communicated clearly and effectively, and always seemed to be two steps ahead of us. Callie went above and beyond in making sure no detail was overlooked, which gave us great peace of mind throughout the planning process.
On the actual day of our wedding, Steffi took the lead. She was helpful, friendly, and led the two meetings we had prior to the big day. Steffi's organizational skills shone through; she came prepared with a list of questions and made sure everything was covered. It was also a great bonus that she could speak some Chinese, which added a nice personal touch and was helpful for some of our guests. Steffi’s ability to manage various tasks simultaneously and keep everyone on schedule was commendable.
During the ceremony, Sam stood out as an awesome coordinator. She fluffed my dress perfectly and ensured that everything went smoothly. Sam's calm demeanor and quick problem-solving skills helped alleviate any last-minute nerves. She made sure every little detail was in place, ensuring that the ceremony was flawless.
The entire team displayed a high level of professionalism and dedication. They managed to keep the day running smoothly despite the inevitable small hiccups that come with any big event. Their ability to handle unexpected challenges with grace and efficiency was truly impressive. They worked seamlessly behind the scenes, allowing us to focus on enjoying our special day.
Overall, we were quite pleased with the service we received. While there were minor hiccups here and there, the team's effort and dedication were evident. They provided solid and reliable service that contributed to the success of our wedding day. We are grateful for their hard work and the special memories they helped create!
