On the big day, Prachi and Miki did a great job coordinating everything and keeping us on track.
Victor, our emcee, did an amazing job in both English and Cantonese. He kept the night fun and engaging for both of our families and friends.

She truly listened to our vision and brought it to life in a way .What impressed us most is that she always bring up good ideas which we haven’t thought of. She managed most of our vendors seamlessly. Callie is also very responsive in the correspondence so as to put our minds at ease.
On the day of the wedding, because of Callie and her team, we were actually able to relax and fully enjoy our wedding day alongside our families. Callie and her team worked tirelessly handling everything on the wedding day until very late at night. She even dropped off the stuff at our place which we have left at the venue despite of that very late at night. (Actually midnight). If you want a coordinator who is professional, deeply knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about making your day perfect, look no further.

From the planning process all the way through to our wedding day, they made everything feel organized, manageable, and completely taken care of. They understood our vision, kept us on track, communicated with our vendors, and handled every little detail so we didn’t have to.
What really stood out to me was finding out after the wedding that there had actually been a few issues happening behind the scenes that day — and I had absolutely no idea. Callie handled everything so calmly and seamlessly that none of that stress ever reached me. I got to be fully present, enjoy every moment, and just be a bride. That alone was worth everything.
Our day flowed beautifully, and so much of that was because Callie and Samantha were always one step ahead. They were responsive, reassuring, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about making sure our wedding was everything we wanted it to be.
There are so many things you spend money on for a wedding, but having a planner you completely trust is something you truly appreciate once the day arrives. Knowing that someone has your back and can handle whatever comes up is invaluable.
We cannot recommend Callie and Samantha enough. If you want to actually enjoy your wedding day without worrying about timelines, vendors, logistics, or the unexpected things happening behind the scenes, book them. We would choose them again in a heartbeat. 🤍

From the very beginning, they were incredibly organized and coordinated. Callie and Steffi paid attention to every single tiny detail, including things we completely would have missed or forgotten about in the final crunch.
What we appreciated most was how beautifully they managed the wedding day timeline. Because of their seamless coordination, the entire day ran like clockwork, but we never once felt rushed or overwhelmed. Steffi and Callie made sure we actually got to take breathers throughout the day to look around, connect with each other, and truly enjoy our wedding day as newlyweds.
They are professional, calm, detail-oriented, and just wonderful people to have by your side on the biggest day of your life. Thank you, Callie and Steffi, for making our day absolutely perfect!! ❤️

My husband and I had a Chinese Tea Ceremony in the morning and Callie helped with the facilitation and reciting of blessings and calling all the groups. We also were able to borrow their chinese wedding decorations which made it so much easier for us, not having to buy separate specific decorations for! They were also extremely flexible with borrowing and returning the decor!
Steffi was our primary coordinator and was with us for the whole day. She assisted with our wedding rehearsal and her professionalism with ensuring we had our allotted rehearsal time against other wedding couples and coordinators helped us put our trust her in. She worked closely with all photographers /videographers and makeup artist on the day-of and also took behind-the-scene photos! We provided a portable mic and speaker for the coordinators to use to call out groups for formal photos with us, and although they were not able to figure out how to use it. Steffi stepped up and used her voice to ensure the formal photos with each group/family unit during cocktail hour went smoothly.
Prachi assisted with the decor arrangement and cleanup at the wedding venue and coordination with our venue coordinator, decor rental and dance floor vinyl vendors on top of many others. She executed our vision to perfection and we were amazed at how it all came together so beautifully!
My husband and I both highly recommend CPW month-of coordinators to help with ensuring a flawless and stress-free wedding planning and wedding day!
