Food Therapy began with the idea that food preparation needed to be stress free in amidst of planning any kind of event. More often than not, when you decide to a hire a caterer to reduce stress, those stress levels actually increase when trying to find someone that really suits all of your needs. As catering consumers ourselves we sought to find a solution to make that change.
