Please don’t waist your time and money

Picking Jasmine was my worst wedding mistake!
’Ive honestly never written a bad review before but with Jasmines service I had to. After booking Jasmine for a day of co-ordinator for my wedding I was excited to have her be a part of day. She then didn’t communicate me until 5 days before my wedding, missing her “12 week takeover”, “10 week kickoff call” and many other items outlined and paid for in our contract. I tried to reach out as my stress level increased week by week assuming she had taken my money and was not coming. But 5 days before she reached out and said that she could no longer come and was going to send a well trained employee in her place. I agreed as I truly needed the help that day. Sadly, the lovely women that came confessed that this was her first wedding and didn’t know what to do. She mocked details of the wedding to my friends but overall tried her best. My whole bridal party and groom spent the day setting up every detail and directing her, we all arrived late and sweaty to photos. Sadly any task she was left with when we did go to the wedding was not done or not done as asked. I reached out to Jasmine after and she admitted that mistakes had been made, proposing a reimbursement, but cut off communication when I agreed. Please! Anyone brides to be, there are lots of options, keep looking!!! this caused me stress, lost me money but did give me a wedding story for years to come 😂
