I had the pleasure of working with Impressario Events for my wedding and the experience was absolutely amazing! Among all our vendors, Zerlene was one of the easiest to work with. She helped us plan a detailed itinerary for the day and was always so patient with us. Especially in the week leading up to our wedding where I emailed her several times a day with new requests or changes to what we had finalized. She is so attentive to every single detail and kept the entire day moving effortlessly, from start to finish. When our ceremony finished a half hour early, she coordinated with the venue to open up the bar earlier so we didn’t have guests sitting around. I believe a wedding planner is absolutely necessary in making any wedding successful and I’m glad to have Zerlene, Zoya and Natasha on the team along with other vendors. Zerlene helped me with pre-wedding details the month of and there were a lot of things in her documents that I wouldn’t have even thought of. The attention to detail is impeccable and she was flexible with any changes I recommended. On the day of, Zoya was great with keeping me on schedule. As with any wedding, our schedule was tight and I appreciated the fact that she did not try to rush me. She simply asked how much longer I would take, and that helped me to be mindful of the time myself. The schedule went off smoothly without any hiccups and I did not feel stressed out during the ceremony/reception. Would highly recommend impresario!
I hired Zerlene as my wedding coordinator over a year prior to my wedding and through all those months, I realized it was one of he best vendors I had for my big day!
She was always very prompt to answers my questions via email, messages and phone calls. Very easy to talk to and very experienced. She had answers / suggestions for all my questions and points of view.
Also, very organized, which made our communication very simple and easy!
During the wedding I felt her like my right arm, someone who knew every detail and I did not need to worry about anything else but having fun and spending time with my guests.

Initially, my husband and I had no clue where to start. Once we met Zerlene for the first time, she presented a huge list of venues and vendors, a timeline of events and a high level overview of what to expect during the wedding planning process. I cant even express how happy I am that we chose Zerlene and Impresario Events for our day-of coordination! I felt so at ease on my wedding day knowing that she and her assistants had it all under control. Zerlene was incredibly organized and her experience in the industry shows. She was in touch well before our wedding to put together a detailed itinerary and ensure she had contact info for EVERYONE involved. It seemed like a lot of detail at first (and a lot of things I wouldnt have even thought of without her list) but it forced me to get organized and was an absolute lifesaver in the end. She connected with all of our vendors the week of, and if anything did run off track I honestly had no idea (which is exactly what you need in a coordinator on the most important day!). She ran our rehearsal, navigated some family tension like a pro and did an unbelievable job setting up our dcor. Most importantly, she was cool and calm, and able to quickly adjust the plan on the fly. She knew our itinerary down to the minute so our MC didnt have to watch the clock or worry about the added responsibility shed quietly cue the next item but it never felt intrusive. She is such a perfectionist that she even advised our MC to delay his next introduction or our meat would be overcooked! Our guests are still raving about the perfect beef tenderloin all thanks to Zerleneshe thinks of everything! Even our rental vendor raved about Zerlene, and was really impressed that she took the time to reach out to them in advance as not all coordinators go to this effort.
I am still in shock that my wedding day went by with zero glitches and zero stressyou will NOT be disappointed with Zerlene on your team for your big day.
