Zerlene was so amazing to work with! Our wedding day went so smoothly and everything was so organized. We felt very relaxed and stress free on our wedding day. We really appreciated her getting everything all set up but also handing out our favours when she didn't have to.
We've been to weddings where the couple felt stressed by their vendors or their planner and we never felt that way. Even with all the last minute seating changes, she was so supportive and eased any worries we had. She was very responsive throughout the entire process. A lot of our guests had said the day was so well organized and they felt it went smoothly and that no one seemed stressed. We would highly recommend her to anyone who's looking for a planner!

Impresario Events went above and beyond! If you’re looking for a wedding planner, look no further. We got the best of both worlds and got to work with Zerlene and Zoya. Zerlene handled everything for us leading up to the wedding with ease. She was so personable, organized and experienced. She brought up things we would have never thought about and truly put us on the best track leading up to the wedding. Zoya worked with us the day of the wedding, she was professional, efficient and a problem-solver. She handled one of our wedding hiccups flawlessly that I wasn’t even aware of the situation. Zerlene and Zoya were the dream team and we can’t thank them enough for making our wedding unforgettable. The entire planning process was smooth and stress-free thanks to their professionalism and calm demeanor. We highly recommend Impresario Events!

It was hands down the best day of our lives and it's in large part thanks to Zerlene for coordinating every moment flawlessly. Everything was absolutely perfect and although so much work and planning went into that, she made it look easy. Her attention to detail and calm demeanor helped us tremendously and we are so appreciative of all her help from decorating our lovely room, queuing speakers, and corralling our troops. She did an amazing job and was a joy to work with.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Zerlene as our “day-of” (which means month-of) wedding planner for our August wedding, and we cannot recommend her enough!

From the start, she was warm, professional, and such a great communicator. Even before her official involvement, she reassured me that I was on the right track, sending helpful checklists and vendor contact lists that kept everything organized. Once we entered the month-of, she met with us regularly, made sure we were all aligned, and completely took the weight of vendor communications and logistics off our shoulders.

On the wedding day itself, she was calm, thoughtful and on the ball for everything. helping us make decisions (like our rain backup plan) and handling every detail seamlessly. Because of her, we were able to be fully present and enjoy the moment, knowing she had everything under control behind the scenes!
