From the start, she was warm, professional, and such a great communicator. Even before her official involvement, she reassured me that I was on the right track, sending helpful checklists and vendor contact lists that kept everything organized. Once we entered the month-of, she met with us regularly, made sure we were all aligned, and completely took the weight of vendor communications and logistics off our shoulders.
On the wedding day itself, she was calm, thoughtful and on the ball for everything. helping us make decisions (like our rain backup plan) and handling every detail seamlessly. Because of her, we were able to be fully present and enjoy the moment, knowing she had everything under control behind the scenes!

We interviewed several wedding coordinators in the summer of 2024, a year before our daughter’s wedding on June 22, 2025. From our very first meeting, Zerlene made an excellent impression on us. Her professionalism, warmth, and calm demeanor immediately put us at ease, and both my daughter and I knew right away that she was the one we could trust to handle the “day-of” coordination.
Zerlene expressed genuine gratitude when we chose to work with her, and she stayed engaged and communicative in the weeks leading up to the big day. Those final weeks were intense—filled with typical pre-wedding stress—but Zerlene was a constant source of calm and clarity. She became our voice of reason, offering practical solutions with a steady hand.
Our ceremony was planned outdoors, but an unprecedented heatwave struck, pushing me into panic mode as I pictured guests sweltering in the sun. Zerlene immediately offered thoughtful and effective solutions, such as having guests wait inside until just before the ceremony began. Her proactive mindset and ability to problem-solve helped us stay grounded during this unexpected challenge. She also helped us build a detailed and thoughtful itinerary, ensuring the evening flowed smoothly.
On the day of the wedding, temperatures in the tent reached nearly 100 degrees, yet Zerlene worked tirelessly—setting up tables, coordinating vendors, and managing logistics—without a single complaint. The venue’s limited air conditioning provided little relief, and to make matters worse, the heat caused the floors to become dangerously slippery. Several guests fell, and I only learned after the fact that Zerlene had taken a serious fall herself before the ceremony even began.
Despite the injury, Zerlene never once let it impact her focus or professionalism. She continued working attentively and compassionately throughout the entire day, ensuring everything went as smoothly as possible.
While we’re deeply sorry that Zerlene faced such difficult conditions and suffered a fall, we have no regrets about hiring her. She remained composed, dedicated, and incredibly supportive from start to finish. Thanks to her efforts, the wedding was a beautiful and memorable occasion. We are forever grateful to Zerlene for going above and beyond in every possible way.
