A special favourite of ours is his French onion soup, made completely from scratch with his homemade beef and veal stock. I was actually never a fan of French onion soup before, especially the versions I had tried at other restaurants, but his completely changed my mind. I can confidently say I’m a fan now!
Sean is also very responsive, professional, and organized. Everything has always been prepared and served on time, and the events have gone flawlessly from start to finish.
The food, presentation, and overall experience truly live up to the Michelin-inspired approach he describes. We’ve been very happy every time and would definitely recommend Chef Sean and La Fête Cuisine.
