Very greedy, definitely a money grabber. Food was cold and wet by the time it got to the wedding, it was a complete embarrassment and a waste of money. This woman is GREEDY

I have used Rosalind for many years and for several different types of functions. She is always professional and courteous. She gives great suggestions and helps you get a great experience with the food while staying on budget. I've never had anything but great compliments about the food and how it's displayed. 1 hour and 10 minutes late with the delivery of the food while my guests stood around in limbo waiting, a total embarrassment on the day of my daughter's wedding. At the end of it all I got 20% off my bill when all I wanted was for the food to be delivered on time. One of the glass trays was broken (my own tray) therefore, for safety reasons, all the food in it went to the garbage.

When I first contacted Rosalind Monster & Associates to cater a Christmas Party Buffet Luncheon for twenty people, I soon realized I was in very good hands. Ms. Monster was very professional from the outset. The food was beautiful and artistically displayed with special attention to detail. Everything was done in a pleasant and timely manner. Also, her suggestions and advice were extremely helpful. As a result, the compliments about the food were abundant. Professional, Competent, Outstanding! When our son told us he wanted a wedding in the back of a farmer's field, we were aghast at the amount of work this would be. Thankfully Ros took over and the whole event was beautiful and magical. She thought of things we'd never think of. When we arrrived and walked in the tent, it seemed as though we were in a Sultan's Palace, complete with chandeliers. Our guests were astounded at the way a grassy field had been transformed into a 'palatial' party area. So wonderful that we could share this happy day with friends and family in such a perfect way -- thank you Rosalind Monster & Associates.
