We hosted my Husbands 65th birthday in the Ashburn Room and couldn’t have asked for better. The room was beautiful, the staff was fantastic and Sowmya our coordinator was professional, helpful and just a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended for your next event!!

Royal Ashburn Golf Club was the perfect setting for the Whitby Chamber of Commerce Mayor's Luncheon. The venue was beautifully presented, the staff were attentive, and the lunch was delicious. The elegant surroundings added a real sense of occasion to the day. We couldn't have asked for a better host venue, thank you, Royal Ashburn!

Three years ago, Royal Ashburn made our dream wedding a reality. Not only is the venue itself absolutely gorgeous, but the staff provide nearly everything you could need to make your day perfect! The catering, the food, the servers, and the services were all incredibly wonderful! It has been three years since my husband and I got married and we still have people telling us how delicious the food at our wedding was and how wonderful the entire venue fit our theme of a winter wedding.

One of my favourite thing that Royal Ashburn provided was a planner and day-of coordinator. We were put in touch with Natalie and she was a blessing to work with! She was extremely helpful, super kind, very attentive, and ensured our entire day was well looked after. Natalie made sure that our vision was perfectly executed and had our schedule running smoothly. With Natalie's support, we were able to plan our wedding with ease!

My absolutely biggest thanks and recommendations go to Royal Ashburn and the team that works there!

My husband and I just got married 2 summer's ago at Royal Ashburn. We had the best time! The venue was so well prepared, the rooms were great, the food was the best especially because my husband and I are very picky eaters. Very accommodating and very reasonably priced. The Royal Ashburn Golf Club is an amazing and beautiful wedding venue. I couldn’t have asked for a better venue. First of all, I would like to mention how amazing our wedding coordinator Rikki was. She was kind, patient, courteous, professional, and always made sure everything was taken care of before and on our wedding day. She answered all of my emails very promptly and professionally. She helped me through the entire process and explained everything thoroughly. On our wedding day, she made sure everything ran smoothly, she took care of everything from the food to last minute guest changes, and even came to check if there was anything else that I needed before she left for the night. She was nothing short of spectacular. Secondly, the venue is stunning. If you’re looking for a beautiful all in one wedding venue, look no further. The grounds are beautiful for photos, regardless of the season. The food and service was perfect. We got so many compliments on the food. The late night pizza station was also a hit with our guests! The bartenders were funny and courteous. Absolutely amazing staff! I would highly recommend The Royal Ashburn to anyone looking for an all in one wedding venue. From the decor to the food, no detail is overlooked. I’m so happy we decided on this venue for our wedding. It was perfect. Thank you again to everyone at The Royal Ashburn Golf Club for making our wedding day perfect! :)

We held our wedding at the Royal Ashburn in September 2019 and have nothing but great things to say about our special day. From the first time we looked at the venue to our final minutes on our wedding night, everything was seamless. Our coordinator Natalie was fantastic. Quick to respond, always available and so lovely to work with. She went above and beyond for us and our guests and I could not be happier with the attention to detail from all fronts. Not to mention the grounds were absolutely stunning in September. Would highly recommend this venue and Natalie for all your wedding needs!

I have officiated at Royal Ashburn too many times to count, and it is always wonderful! I can count on the staff to do an incredible job, and keep things running smoothly, which makes my job easier and stress-free.
I have also hosted a couple of events myself at Royal Ashburn, and I can confidently say that everything was perfect. The food was great, and my guests enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. I will definitely be using them again in the future!
