Jason and the entire Urban Jive band were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end for our wedding reception. His attention to detail, friendly reminders and flexibility about song choice, and going out of his way to plan the arrangement of the floor plan for our wedding went above and beyond our expectations. On our wedding day, Urban Jive kept the dance floor busy for the entire night! Our guests didn't want the music to end, and we haven't stopped hearing about how great our band was. Urban Jive is a versatile, high energy ensemble. I have seen them in a small club setting, crammed onto a small stage, and hired them to play for a 1,500 person Toronto gala. I can tell you they didn't disappoint on either level. There music is danceable and listenable. With keys, horns, guitars, and three singers there is a vast variety of material they can play. Their musicianship is stellar. Finally, they truly seem to be enjoying themselves on-stage. That energy is contagious. Highly recommended!

Jason and Urban Jive were nothing less than amazing. Their professionalism throughout the time leading up to our wedding was really outstanding. They were willing to work with our budget and our tastes in music and were flexible in all aspects of our wedding from ceremony to late night dancing.
