How far in advance should I book?

For peak season (May-October) Saturday weddings, book 12-18 months ahead. Corporate events typically book 3-6 months in advance. We accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows

What's included in your pricing?

All packages include professional musicians/DJs, complete sound systems, wireless microphones, lighting, setup/breakdown, liability insurance, planning consultations, and backup equipment. Specific inclusions vary by package - contact us for detailed pricing

Do you provide both ceremony and reception music?

Yes! We offer complete coverage from ceremony through reception. Smaller configurations (solo piano, string duo) for ceremony and cocktails, full band or DJ for reception dancing

What Toronto venues have you performed at?

We're experienced at all major Toronto venues including King Edward Hotel, Liberty Grand, Casa Loma, Palais Royale, Westin Harbour Castle, One King West, Arcadian Court, and 50+ additional GTA locations. Venue-specific experience ensures flawless execution

Can you customize your music selection?

Absolutely! We work with you to create custom playlists, learn special songs, and arrange first dance music. Our repertoire spans all genres from Motown classics to current Top 40

Do you carry backup equipment?

Yes, professional backup systems are standard at every event - spare speakers, microphones, mixing equipment, and backup performers if needed

What's your cancellation policy?

Initial deposits are non-refundable. For postponements due to unforeseen circumstances, we work with clients to reschedule within 18 months when possible

Can you provide entertainment for both wedding and corporate events?

Yes! We specialize in both luxury weddings and corporate galas. Our diverse talent network handles intimate ceremonies to 1,000-person conferences

What's the difference between your package tiers?

Essential ($1,500-$2,250) covers core entertainment needs. Premium ($2,500-$5,000) adds enhanced talent and production. Complete ($5,000-$9,500) provides full-service design with multiple performer configurations

How do you handle last-minute song requests?

For wedding planning, we arrange special requests with 4-6 weeks notice. During events, our DJs and bands handle appropriate guest requests that match your event vision

Do you offer bilingual or multicultural entertainment?

Yes! Our diverse talent network includes musicians experienced in Latin, Bollywood, Greek, Italian, and other cultural celebrations

What happens if a musician is sick on event day?

We maintain backup performers for all bookings. In 500+ events, we've never failed to fulfill a contract due to performer illness

Can we meet the performers before booking?

Absolutely! We offer consultations where you can meet potential performers, hear samples, and discuss your vision in detail

Do you provide MC services?

Yes, emcee services are included with all DJ packages and available as add-ons for band bookings. We coordinate timeline, introductions, and announcements

What's your payment structure?

Typical structure: 25% deposit to secure date, 50% payment 60 days before event, 25% final payment 14 days before event. Flexible payment plans available
