My daughter celebrated her birthday with friends at Hyatt Place and Luxe Convention and it was amazing. Everything was beautiful. That we got value for what we paid is an understatement. Also the venue is very new and beautiful. Our guests were so excited with the setup and we were glad we chose Hyatt Place. There was adequate space for the required physical distancing. Celso and Lorena were very accommodating with our requests and there was prompt response to every inquiries. On the day of our event every staff that was assigned to us went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service for us. We really felt at home and we would be happy to choose Hyatt Place over and over again in the future.

We held our wedding at HYATT Place and Luxe Convention in October 2020. Everything was amazing and the evening was perfect, we couldn’t have asked for more. Lorena, who is the Director of Sales, helped us out with many things. She was always easy to reach by phone and email, she made sure everything was perfect for the night. She took time to meet with us before our wedding to make the floor plan for both indoor and outdoor area. She also went above and beyond to make the evening memorable for my husband and I. Jessica, the Event Coordinator was on hand for the entire night and was extremely attentive to all our needs throughout the planning process. The food was delicious!!! Our guests absolutely loved all the dishes and there was lots of food, delicious desserts and fruit. They had halal options as well. The venue is very very clean & they have great service. We looked at many different event spaces but the Hyatt Place was gorgeous and newly built which is always a plus. Most of our pictures took place at the banquet hall because they have so many pretty areas to take pictures. We already planning our first anniversary at this hotel!

Client care and attention to detail, second to none. It is of great pleasure to work with their professional events team. Jessica and Lorena are simply wonderful and passionate about hosting exceptional events. It makes it a joy to collaborate with a team that takes great pride in hosting their clients.
