PLEASE READ THIS POSTWere so highly disappointed this as been the worst experience ever . We paid over $6000 for our wedding photos/vdeo we paid for the highest package available at the time because we wanted the most of our special day . The owner is quite nice guy and we didnt know how he would turn out to be so arrogant after he received full payment to top all of all the hidden costs we werent told about like $150 to get a CD with our photos or the fact we werent even offered the option of editing the video to our liking . Told me he spent 2 days in front of computer to to a CD and went has far as saying $200 would have been more than fair . This is outrageous and I hope people can see right through him . We were told after by other couples that we should have never gone with Babylon photography just way to late hope people learn from our experience.

amazing work thank you for making my party best ever

This company had done a friend's party and came highly recommended. I called on August 12th to get a quote and inquiry on availability. The gentleman who answered the phone said I needed to speak with Sara who is the photography coordinator. I called Sara the same day, she told me she was busy and would have to call me back with the details. I did not hear back from her. I tried calling again on the 16th, 17th , and 19th but received no response. Decided to try one more time today August 22nd and she finally answered informing me that my requested date was all booked out. WOW! thanks for wasting my time. VERY VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

To Rafi and his team, Thank You for the wonderful job they did at my daughters sweet 16. The technician was punctual, the props were plentiful.I would highly recommend Babylon to someone considering a photo booth at their event.
