I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation to the staff at the Springhill Suites Vaughan.
On Friday April 15,2022 we held the most important event of the year for us as Jehovah’s Witnesses commemorating the death of Jesus Christ. The staff was “very kind and helpful”, which are the comments that were expressed by some of the 160 guess who attended in person, another 125 viewed the event virtual.
In particular an attendant named Irvin was very friendly and expressed his sincere desire to make certain that the room was configured to our liking, he also followed up after the event to confirm that the configuration was satisfactory.
Foremost we want to thank Camille Biscocho, who made organizing the event seamless. Her pleasant disposition as well as a desire to ensure we were comfortable with the arrangements made it a pleasure for us to interact with her. The level of customer service she displayed should be a model for all working in the hospitality industry.
The word “hospitality” in Greek literally means “fondness for, or kindness to, strangers.” We certainly saw this on display by your staff. Once again we express our thanks.

This was the BEST decision we did when planning for our wedding and choosing a venue for the reception!!! We had guests from all over travelling to our wedding so the hotel had rooms they could book as part of the package, we had rooms booked for ourselves and our families to get ready in addition to the bridal suite. Staff was beyond helpful, professional and just simply amazing, the event manager was our best ally and to be honest the reason everything went so smoothly, Vikki worked so hard and was always responsive, clear upfront and so organized she made the process so much easier than we could ever imagine. The package they provided us was reasonably priced and they also accommodated personal requests we had be it around the menu or the layout of the room or just other random little last minute requests that always come up for weddings. I am beyond words and being totally honest if I had to do it all over again i wouldn't change a thing about this venue and we would ABSOLUTELY make the same decision again!!! Thank you for making this day so special!

Words cannot express how grateful I am to have chosen the SpringHill Suites Vaughan. The hotel is very new, chic and spacious. My event coordinator was so kind and professional, responding to my emails and phone calls promptly and effectively. The rates for the social function room as well as the suites are very affordable. The on-site staff was very friendly and polite to my guests and they did a very good job in managing the event. We had some of our guests stay a couple of nights at SpringHill Suites, so the front concierge was kind enough to situate our guests on the same floor across the hallway from one another. I will definitely stay and plan more social and corporate events at Spring Hill Suites. It was such a pleasure - one of my favorite hotels by far!
