We're a music curation agency. Our extensive roster includes solo musicians, duos, full bands, jazz ensembles, acoustic performers, DJs, and specialty acts. We curate for the room, the brand, and the moment, because the right type of entertainment matters just as much as the talent itself

How does the cost and booking work?
We offer a free consultation to discuss your vision. From there, a $200 curation fee initiates the process — we'll handpick 2 talent options and provide a custom quote. Not satisfied? We'll offer an additional option, with zero obligation to book. The $200 will be applied as a deposit if you do. Our clients always find their perfect match!
What if something unexpected happens on the day of my event?
Our deep roster of vetted professionals significantly reduces the likelihood of day-of issues. If a performer cancels, we'll find a like-for-like replacement at short notice and a Bella Vista contact is always reachable during your event. In the rare case we can't deliver, we'll work with you on a resolution
