Our wedding had been originally at a full service venue but after countless postponements, we decided to have a backyard garden wedding last minute. With only a month to plan, we found Blair's and were completely blown away right from the start. From their menus, full service planning options, amazing customer service and food tasting we knew they were it. They were always available for questions, suggestions and countless emails/calls back and forth and really delivered on the day of our event. Paulyn and Mark were amazing, their staff was incredible and really took care of us and our guests. It started pouring rain in the middle of our event and they had everything covered and reset under shelter within minutes. Our guests were, and are still raving about the food and service we received and we absolutely recommend them for anyone considering a top notch catering team. Thank you for making our day so seamless!! You guys are amazing and we will be coming back for any and all future events.
