Mango Studios beautifully captured the essence of the open house, where the narrative unfolded in the Grand Banking Hall, the hotel’s largest event space accommodating up to 260 guests with a dance floor. Steeped in history, the Grand Banking Hall, formerly a bank, provided a historic backdrop for the event. The hall was transformed into a visual feast by vendors like Petals & Pearls, who orchestrated the stage and various table settings in collaboration with Henna Florist, Detailz Couture Event Rentals, Chair Decor, EPiQVision, and Eventure Design, among others. These vendors collectively showcased their expertise in transforming the event space, offering couples a glimpse into the possibilities.

Guests were guided to the 12th floor, where two enchanting room transformations awaited them in the Chairman’s Boardroom. This event space in the hotel is ideal for intimate ceremonies and rehearsal dinners, but can also be used for other wedding-day purposes including family photos and smaller dinner receptions. The first transformation, curated by Vintage Bash, presented a vibrant and colorful ambiance, captivating guests with its lively atmosphere. Meanwhile, the second transformation, planned and designed by SJ Soirée in collaboration with Lemon Truffle Designs, Table Tales, Pink Peony Press, Paragon Designs, and Paras Event Rentals, enveloped the room in an ambiance of sophistication and warmth, highlighted by a neutral colour palette and the presence of charming trees. Adding an interactive and fun touch to the experience, Polar Ice Photobooth provided a delightful opportunity for guests to capture memories and take a piece of the event home with them.
Often used for pre-reception events, guests were to the 15th floor, where a plethora of delightful experiences awaited them. Everyday People Typewriter Poems offered a unique touch by crafting personalized typewriter poems, adding a poetic charm to the event. Snap 'N Sweet provided the perfect opportunity for guests to capture more memorable moments. The Nail and Champagne Bar offered a pampering session, allowing guests to indulge in elegant nail services. Additionally, attendees had the chance to learn more about Elmwood Spa‘s luxurious offerings and explore bridal accessories, including stylish scrunchies, from Flirty Pineapple. The 15th floor became a haven for personalized experiences, ensuring that guests could immerse themselves in a world of creativity and relaxation.
Undoubtedly, the highlight of the open house was the mesmerizing fashion show that unfolded in the Austin Gallery. Renowned as a ceremony space with a capacity for up to 250 guests, the Austin Gallery was transformed into a runway of elegance and style. With an acrylic arch and crystal candelabras provided by Elite Decor by S&S, Ashton Creative artistry shone through in the creation of a statement altar piece, serving as the exquisite backdrop for the showcase of Valencienne Bridal Design‘s stunning gowns and Gotstyles dapper tuxedos.
