My wife and I had the most wonderful experience organizing our wedding at Ricarda's. We cannot say enough great things about the space, food, and most importantly the staff. Of course, the first thing we loved was the physical space. The architecture really is the decor (meaning you don't have to invest as much in tons of other stuff) and our guests raved that the space was elegant, contemporary, and well laid-out. Next, the food. No rubber chicken dinners here. The culinary team at Ricarda's are absolute pros. We had two (!) tastings with them and had a tough time deciding which of their amazing meals to include in our menu. They are also insanely flexible, working with us to create the perfect menu for our families' tastes. They also let us bring it our own late-night food. Finally, and most importantly, the event staff team is beyond fabulous. We worked with Zoe and Jennifer who bent over backwards to make sure our event was perfect. They were honourable and fair in their pricing and found ways for us to stay within our budget. They worked directly with Gervais rentals to bring it tables and chairs which was one less thing for us to worry about. On the night-of, we had a couple of grandparents fall ill and their team was so professional and helpful in dealing with the situation. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how kind and attentive the wait staff and bartenders were. Zoe and Jennifer have built an amazing team. My wife and I were just having dinner with a couple who is about to get married and they complained non-stop about how inflexible their venue was being and how they felt like they were being nickel-and-dimed for everything they wanted to do. We smiled because we couldn't relate even a little bit. RICARDA'S IS AMAZING. STOP THINKING ABOUT IT AND JUST DO IT. You'll forever be glad you did!
