My husband and I got married at Caledon Valley Estate in September 2022 and our experience with the venue was absolutely perfect!!!!!! Don and Tab (the owners) allowed us to visit whenever we wanted, answered all texts and calls immediately and went above and beyond to make sure our day was exactly what we wanted. When we signed on with Caledon Valley Estate we also signed on with their preferred food vendor, Seventh Heaven Event Catering. And we were paired up with their Catering Consultant, Katelyn. Katelyn became another point of contact throughout the process and she was also absolutely amazing. Katelyn, Don and Tab all worked together as a power team. They were all absolutely perfect together. I can't tell you enough how awesome these people are and how caring and detail oriented they were throughout the entire process. Our budget was tight and we couldn't afford an event coordinator for our wedding so Katelyn stepped in whenever and wherever she could and she helped us so much. Truly amazing. Every area of the property was so well maintained and all of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue we chose was. In fact, we had MULTIPLE people tell us it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to!We had the venue to ourselves for the entire weekend so we were able to come on Friday before the wedding and bring a bunch of items and do a loose setup before the day of. We were also able to come back the next day (Sunday) and pick up all of our items from the wedding and of course, Don and Tab had everything all set up for us in one location and ready to be packed up and taken with us. They organized everything! They also had a ton of different decorations/items for us to use (large framed chalkboard, wooden barrels, floral arch, AND they so lovingly allowed my husband and I to take photos with their rescue horse). We were actually sad when everything was over because we wouldn't be in touch with Don, Tab and Katelyn on the regular anymore. But they assured us that we can come back and even take photos on our anniversary if we would like. Just great people, a beautiful venue, and the best wedding day ever!100000000/10 recommend
