Nestled on 50 acres in the heart of the picturesque Caledon hills since the early 1800's, Cambium Farms has retained all of its original charm. Featuring an awe inspiring, authentic, century old barn, a fully restored Farm and Carriage House, Cambium Farms is perfect for any event, large or small.

The Barn

Built over a century ago, The Barn is a true architectural masterpiece. With a capacity of 230 people and outfitted with a country style bar, lounge area and DJ booth, The Barn will create a rustic-chic atmosphere that you and your guests will talk about for years to come.

The Byre

The Byre is a 5500 sq/ft intimate, elegant event space comprised of a white washed field stone foundation, exposed timber columns and beams in the lower level of our barn. Available for June 2019, with a capacity of 150 guests, The Byre will allow us to operate year round and give couples the opportunity to enjoy a completely different experience at the farm. This dynamic space can host ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing.

The Terrace at The Barn

The Terrace at The Barn will add another 1000 sq/ft of outdoor event space to The Barn’s 4500 sq/ft space. The Terrace will be south facing, overlooking the pastures and fields of corn and wheat. This space will be used for intimate ceremonies, cocktail hour and a licensed outdoor space for the evening, where guests can gaze at the moon and stars while enjoying a cocktail.

The Carriage House

Built along side The Barn, The Carriage House was originally built to house horse-drawn carriages. With its beautifully landscaped surroundings and the addition of a bar and lighting, The Carriage House is now perfect for a post-ceremony cocktail hour, small wedding reception or dinner.

The Farmhouse

Built by William D Leflar and his wife Margaret in the early 1800's, the house has been home to generations of the Leflar and McKinney family. Since its purchase in 2006, minor renovations have been performed to update the farmhouse all while staying true to its heritage. Today, brides, bridesmaids and family are invited to use the main floor of The Farmhouse to prepare for their wedding ceremony on the property.

We had an amazing experience having our wedding at Cambium Farms in the fall of 2025. We had a short engagement, but felt very supported in planning our wedding by Sara and the rest of the Cambium staff.

From our very first visit at Cambium, the team was professional and welcoming. Information about costs and possible upgrades were clearly explained and we never felt pressured to make any decision too quickly. Sara was always very approachable when answering all of our many questions!

The venue itself is stunning! We first toured the venue in the summer and got married the following autumn. Both seasons are very beautiful on the property. There are different options for your ceremony and reception spaces - all which are well maintained and very clean. There are also plenty of bathrooms in the Barn and Byre which is an asset for larger-size weddings/events. On the day of the wedding, both my husband and I had separate spaces to get ready, which was also an asset as we did not have to worry about travelling to the venue following getting ready.

The service throughout the wedding day was excellent. Sara and the Cambium staff were very calm and organized throughout the day, often quietly taking care of details behind the scenes to make sure the day flowed smoothly. We chose Cabral Catering and we had plenty of compliments about the food from our guests. The food was excellent and Cabral’s service was also very good - they especially took care of my husband and I throughout the evening to make sure we were well-fed. Our DJ Conor was also great and respected what kind of music we wanted playing throughout the event. He kept the dance floor active with all of our guests dancing!

Overall, we highly recommend Cambium Farms as a wedding venue. The Cambium staff truly made our day very special and we miss how fun it was to plan the day!

The venue and team at Cambium Farms are truly exceptional. From start to finish, the planning process and day-of experience were incredibly smooth, and we were so grateful for Julianne’s thoughtful coordination throughout. We always felt that our vision was understood and supported, and the opportunity to visit the venue multiple times (Sip & See, Wine Tasting, Walkthroughs, etc.) made it effortless to imagine our décor and timeline in the space.
The property itself is stunning—especially with the fall colours, which created the perfect backdrop for our wedding day. Julianne seamlessly coordinated all of our vendors (florist, caterer, DJ, and more), allowing us to fully enjoy every moment without a single worry.
Getting ready on-site in the farmhouse was such a wonderful convenience. It made the morning feel relaxed and fun, and created a stress-free environment for hair and makeup. The team at Cabral Catering was also fantastic from beginning to end, and the service on the wedding day was outstanding.
We truly can’t say enough great things about having a wedding at Cambium Farms. It was everything we hoped for and more.

We recently got married at Cambium Farms and it met/exceeded all our expectations. We felt so taken care of throughout the entire process from the initial tour/booking to wedding day and after. Julianne and Meagan were wonderful to work with, so friendly and professional. Adding the decor support was definitely worth it so we did not have to worry about any set up the day of. The Farmhouse was a very comfortable space for getting ready, the Barn was gorgeous for our ceremony and the Byre had an intimate feel for reception. The whole property is well maintained and beautiful. We had an amazing day and would highly recommend!

We recently got married at Cambium Farms, and we truly cannot say enough good things about this venue and the entire team behind it. From the very beginning, their responsiveness stood out. Every email was answered quickly, thoughtfully, and with so much care. We never once felt like just another couple. Instead, they consistently went out of their way to accommodate us in every possible way.

One of the things we loved most was how the property allowed our day to unfold naturally across three beautiful and distinct spaces. Our ceremony took place in the barn, which felt warm, intimate, and full of character. Our cocktail hour was held in the Carriage House, creating a fun transition and giving guests a completely different atmosphere. The Byre hosted our reception and created the perfect backdrop for dinner, speeches, and dancing.

We also want to give a very special shout out to Sarah. She was phenomenal from beginning to end. She was organized, sharp, and incredibly intuitive. She made everything run smoothly and gave us complete confidence throughout the entire process. Her presence allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the day.

Another highlight is the venue’s location in one of the most scenic parts of Ontario. Cambium Farms is picturesque throughout the year, but it becomes truly breathtaking in the fall when the trees are full of colour. It added something unforgettable to our photos and to the overall atmosphere of the day.

If you are looking for a venue that combines rustic charm, thoughtful design, and a team that genuinely cares, we highly recommend Cambium Farms. It was the perfect place for the most important day of our lives.

My band and I performed here for a wedding in September and it is such a stunning venue tucked away in the country side. A real gem and so very romantic! Plus, the staff are so very friendly and accommodating! I cannot say enough... Definitely recommend! Always a lovely experience!
