Shawn from Destination Chauffeurs was courteous and thorough in his explanation of service options and was very pleasant on the phone. On the day of my wedding the drivers went above and beyond because we forgot to pick up the BOUQUETS and the driver volunteered to have another driver pick them up for us and meet us at the photography location. That literally saved my wedding and they did it voluntarily at no additional cost and were very understanding. Dave (I believe his name was) was such a gentleman helping the bridesmaids in and out of the limo and he graciously walked around the photo grounds to find the ladies a bathroom. The limo was clean the navigation was timely and safe and the drivers were a joy to work with. Between the level of professionalism from Shawn and the drivers booking this vendor is a no brainer. Weddings are stressful enough, dealing with fantastic vendors makes it a joy. Did I mention complimentary champagne?

Although we knew what we wanted on our special day, transportation was left until the very last minute. That being said, after much research we came upon Destinations Chauffeurs Services Inc. and reached out literally two weeks before the wedding. Much to our amazement Shawn responded right away, which is much more than we can say for other vendors! Responsiveness is a big plus and that alone put Shawn and team at the top of our list. Shawn's availability and willingness to answer our never-ending questions and sometimes spontaneous requests at such short notice was impressive. After a few calls, we could tell Shawn wanted to work with us and decided that he was our guy. We ordered a Rolls Royce for the bride and father, a stretch limo for the bridal party, and two party buses for our out-of-town guests staying at a nearby hotel. Shawn and his team arrived at both locations ahead of schedule and kept us posted on traffic conditions as well as ETA - it's little things like this that can easily be overlooked but make a huge difference on such an important occasion. The communication was amazing and the team not only did this with us, but with all their vehicles to keep things flowing and on time. Everything and everyone was looked after and taken care of. We can unequivocally say that the Shawn and team went above and beyond - Shawn even patiently waited for us while we left him hanging while taking countless pictures, which we realized was well beyond the time he committed to us in our contract! I love using destination chauffeurs!!! Recently used them in July for a bachelor party and for the wedding. They are always early, cars are clean and have a wide selection. The drivers are down to earth and can adjust and accommodate to any style group. Definitely my first choice for any occasion. When I was planning my wedding I was struggling with finding the best accommodation in regards to transportation for myself and my husband. I wanted someone reliable and professional. You come across many companies but in the end you feel disappointed however this WAS NOT the case with Destinations Chauffeurs. From the moment of booking to the day of my events they were very nice and reliable. My emails were answered promptly and they were on time and even though the brides side was running a little behind schedule they were understanding and didn't rush us or anything. The limos, party bus and yes the Rolls Royce were in mint condition. I couldn't thank them enough for making a big part of my fairytale wedding come true as I say in the vintage car. I HIGHLY recommend Destinations Chauffeurs for any event. You will not regret your money spent!
