He was calm, prepared, and completely on top of every detail — exactly what you hope for on a day when everything is moving fast and emotions are high. His professionalism and kindness stood out immediately, and he carried that same energy through the entire day.The limo itself was immaculate — elegant, comfortable, and clearly cared for. Mardy added thoughtful touches that elevated the whole experience and made us feel celebrated, not just transported. Very responsive for bookings, communication etc. During the entire process Mardy was and always has been very easy to contact, with a response quick and helpful for any questions we had. Followed his lead when returning emails etc. and had no issues. The Limo arrived 5 minutes before pick up time, sparkling clean in and out, and Lathan our driver for the day was very courteous and professional, dressed for his duties. Went through the booking process and after multiple emails in an attempt to get the price and itinerary correct it was apparent it was not working out. I decided to cancel the service, this was done within the 24hr from deposit payment date and well in advance of the booking date.(as per their company policy) They would not refund my deposit and said take us to court. Be very careful if you choose to send them payment.

We used First Glance Limo in our wedding and the service was first class all the way. The driver was extremely courteous, friendly and professional, and he gave us the full red carpet treatment. The limo was beautiful and pristine - both a delight to ride in and great to include in our photos. The entire experience was a delight, and we would recommend First Glance Limo to anyone in a heartbeat.
