We are a fiercely independently owned craft brewery, and proud of it! GLB has been in the craft beer industry since 1987, making us one of the oldest independent craft breweries in Canada. We specialize in producing top quality beers from year-round staples to unique seasonal offerings, ensuring that we have something for everyone.

Located in Etobicoke at 30 Queen Elizabeth Blvd., and Downtown Toronto at 11 Lower Jarvis (GLB Brewpub),

We had our wedding at GLB Brewpub in August 2026 and had such an amazing experience from start to finish. We worked with James throughout the planning process, and he was incredibly flexible, accommodating, and easy to work with.

We had 120 guests and held a smaller ceremony at the Brewpub before the reception. The team did an amazing job quickly transforming the room after the ceremony and getting everything ready for the reception without us having to worry about a thing. We also had access to the patio throughout the evening, which was a great addition and gave our guests another space to hang out and enjoy themselves.

We were able to drop off our flowers and décor earlier in the day, and the team took care of setting everything up for us. By the time we arrived, everything was ready to go and looked exactly how we had envisioned it. Being able to simply show up and enjoy the day made the whole experience incredibly seamless and stress-free.

We also had a few special requests, including cannolis for dessert and specialty cocktails, and James and the team were more than happy to work with us to make everything happen.

Leading up to the wedding, James and the team took the time to do a full walkthrough with us to go over how we wanted the space set up, and we also had the opportunity to do a food tasting ahead of time. The entire planning process was easy and organized, and we always felt like the team was willing to work with us to create the wedding we wanted.

One of the biggest compliments we received after the wedding was about the staff. So many of our guests mentioned how attentive and friendly everyone was throughout the night. We also heard over and over again how amazing the food was, and the late-night pizza was a huge hit!

The space itself was perfect for the type of wedding we wanted — relaxed, fun, and a great atmosphere for everyone to celebrate together. We also found the minimum spend to be very reasonable compared to a lot of other wedding venues we looked at, especially considering the quality of the food, service, and overall experience.

James and the entire GLB team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and helped make our wedding day exactly what we wanted it to be. We were able to actually enjoy our wedding without worrying about the setup or little details behind the scenes.

We couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out and would highly recommend GLB Brewpub!

We just went to a wedding at GLB Brewpub downtown and it was hands down the most fun wedding I’ve attended in years. If you want great food, amazing beer, and a killer party, it’s perfect.
They had the main room set up for dinner and left the patio open for mingling, so there was plenty of room to breathe. The food was fantastic. Best part was just how smooth everything felt. The floor staff and management kept empty glasses cleared and the schedule moving perfectly, so the bride and groom actually got to enjoy their own party. Highly recommend it if you want something memorable!

My husband and I got married abroad in May, and we hosted a post-wedding celebration at GLB BrewPub in July. We had ~120 guests join for the party, and also had four-piece band performing throughout.

I truly cannot say enough good things about GLB BrewPub as an event space. In the planning process, we worked closely with James who was exceptionally responsive, flexible, and easy to work with - it was clear he wanted our event to fit exactly what we envisioned. We were able to cater the menu, decide on set-up of the space (including tables and chairs), and even switched course a few times without any pushback from the team.

GLB BrewPub is a beautiful space (both indoors and outdoors with a large patio space), with great lighting, sound, and exceptional food/drink options. There are no shortages of beers on tap, but also wine, cocktail and non-alcoholic options. The staff working with us that evening (including bartenders, manager on-site, and servers) were also top-notch. Our event truly went off without a hitch. We were so pleased with how everything turned out and this is owed largely to James + team, as well as the incredible space!

I would not hesitate to re-book GLB BrewPub for our wedding celebration again, or really any party.
