Our kitchen team collaborates directly with craft producers and farmers to select ingredients that are local and sustainable to serve up a variety of dishes that pair perfectly with our craft beer selection.

The dedicated event team at GLB will work closely with you to customize the space, menu, and decor to ensure your event reflects your unique style. Whether it's a full brewery takeover or a private dining room, we can accommodate a wide range of party sizes up to 160 guests.

We offer both private and semi-private event booking options, allowing you to tailor your experience to your specific needs.

We are a fiercely independently owned craft brewery, and proud of it! GLB has been in the craft beer industry since 1987, making us one of the oldest independent craft breweries in Canada. We specialize in producing top quality beers from year-round staples to unique seasonal offerings, ensuring that we have something for everyone.

Located in Etobicoke at 30 Queen Elizabeth Blvd., and Downtown Toronto at 11 Lower Jarvis (GLB Brewpub),
our two locations have always been more than just places to grab a pint, they’re gathering spots and community hubs that
