Hiring Heidi and her team was the best possible decision we could have made for our wedding. They outdid themselves. David and I had the best night of our lives and everything went off without a hitch! Heidi, Kerri and Ashley made sure that everything was perfect and took care of every last detail so that we didn’t have to think about a thing. Never in my wildest dreams did I expect my vision to come to life like it did. We have received endless compliments about how well everything went, and our guests had the most amazing experience because of how perfectly everything was planned. I seriously cannot recommend HG Planners enough! We will never forget what you did for us ❤️

Heidi and her team take what could otherwise be a stressful day and make it a controlled and enjoyable experience. Knowing you have Heidi in your corner on your wedding day allows you to truly take in the excitement and happiness of that special day. You never have to worry about managing your vendors, your wedding party, or even your family because Heidi anticipates any and all issues and nips them in the bud before you even know they exist. It’s so easy to get caught up in wedding day and to let it pass you by while getting bogged down in the details. Luckily, that doesn’t happen when Heidi is on the job. My wife and I had an amazing time on our wedding day because Heidi was there for us. With 24 people in our wedding party, plus all our families, and over 300 guests, Heidi’s calming presence was invaluable. But even before the wedding day, Heidi enabled us to have fun in the planning process. Her honest and gentle approach to the advice and direction she gave led to our wedding matching exactly our vision. She truly understood what we wanted, and rather than pushing some agenda of her own, she simply helped us to make everything work within our vision and budget. My wife and I would recommend Heidi to anyone planning a wedding of any kind; I can’t imagine planning our wedding without her.
