We contracted inTUNE Events for our wedding, paying a premium of over $2,600 based on their reputation for interactive, professional DJ and Emcee services. Unfortunately, the service delivered was completely unacceptable, permanently affecting key milestones of our wedding day.
Ceremony & Audio Failures: During our unplugged ceremony, the DJ sat slouched over ON HIS PHONE, completely visible to our guests as he decided to sit beside the podium, directly behind the groom. Because he was entirely distracted by his phone, he completely failed to manage the audio equipment. As a result, our guests couldn’t hear our vows.

Reception: The lack of professionalism grew worse during the reception. The DJ introduced us in complete monotone, saying verbatim: “uh everyone… please uh… rise… the bride and groom will… uhh… uhhh.. make their introduction”.
During dinner, he played holiday music at a summer wedding. He missed the timeline cue to transition guests to the dance floor, causing a massive lull in the evening's timeline.
Furthermore, he repeated the same songs throughout the dancing portion of the night, including several songs from our "do not play" list, while ignoring the vast majority of our request playlist.
He demonstrated zero crowd engagement or MC presence, leaving our guests to work overtime to keep the dance floor alive.
Management’s Response: When we first brought these issues to the owner, Mark, he was dismissive, defended the DJ, and offered a mere couple hundred dollars (basically the cost of the tip we gave the DJ in advance + cost of ceremony mic) compared to the premium we paid.
It was only after our professional wedding planner contacted him directly to corroborate our experience that he changed his stance.
Mark explicitly admitted to us in writing that he was "horrified" by the feedback our planner provided and questioned the DJ's future with his company. He then issued a 50% partial refund.
However, when we requested basic professional transparency regarding how this systemic failure occurred, Mark completely stonewalled us. He ignored our direct questions, became dismissive, and explicitly stated he would no longer reply to our emails.
We have multiple wedding vendors and guests prepared to testify to this total lack of professionalism.
Turning to public reviews was our last resort after being entirely shut out by management. We strongly advise future couples to look elsewhere for their wedding entertainment

We have used inTUNE for our last two holiday parties and they have been AWESOME! From the great communication from Mark, to the fantastic DJ'ing from Matt (this guy really knows how to read a room and keep the dance floor full) we have been more than satisfied with the value for money.

The only thing I'm disappointed about? That I didn't book inTUNE for my wedding a few years back. If you're looking for a great music experience, these guys are the real deal.

InTune was a wonderful DJ service. We used them for our wedding. Mark did a site meeting with us and was most helpful in explaining best practices for a successful event. They oversaw the ceremony music and officiant mic, cocktail hour music, and reception speeches/mic and music. They seamlessly met any cues provided and added texture and flow to the reception with timely music for entrances, between speeches, and of course, the first dance. The crowd danced until the end of the night. Owen, our DJ, did a great job at making the wedding day energized and memorable for all of us!
Mark is very organized and has a user-friendly website to help plan and co-ordinate all your music needs (and more). They are detail oriented and follow up at appropriate times in the process. We would highly recommend INTune Events for your DJ needs.

From the very beginning when we contacted inTUNE, Mark, Kayla and Matt have gone above and beyond for us. They are extremely organized, timely and friendly. They were very professional and inviting throughout the entire planning process. Our DJ Matt did an incredibly fantastic job as DJ and MC he is completely relaxed and welcoming as MC keeping everything rolling smoothly while entertaining the wedding guests. He even managed to read out a loving message sent to him from family out east. We received a lot of compliments on the music, MC, and how Matt kept the evening flowing smoothly. I would highly recommend inTune, choosing them for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. 🤍
