With 3 months to go before the big day, we still had a number of planning items to confirm such as: invitations, DJ, decorations, cake vendor, hotel rooms for guests, wedding favours and hotel rooms for out of town guests. Working full time, managing out of town guests and living outside of the big city, we decided to hire Lumiere Luxe. Karmen provided the guidance and support we needed to more forward in decision making and planning. She was always available to answer any of our questions in a timely matter. Most importantly, she was instrumental in coordinating and organizing all of the activities on our wedding day. We can honestly say that if she wasn't there to direct vendors, we would have been completely lost. For any of your wedding planning, we would highly recommend Lumiere Luxe's services.

We hired lumiere for the month coordination. Althought Karmen was booked already for that day, she was always available and prompt answering emails during our month long coordination. She helped my family find a videographer in a tight 2 day nice. She helped pick up my dress and she delivered it. She's very very sweet. She's so patient. My fiance and I had so many fights during wedding planning but Karmen was so kind and understanding. She even helped us move the candles, candies a week before, which was so helpful. The night before the wedding, she delivered us a card, tea and some slippers. Very thoughtful. Susam was our lead coordinator that day. She was awesome with the Chinese tea ceremony, without her, none of us would know how to say all the Chinese idioms/ expressions. Karmen never showed any annoyance at our 101 questions. You think you can do it all, until you hire a planner. This was definitely worth it. You will not regret it.

We got married in August 2017 and decided to hire Lumiere Luxe as our Wedding Planner for the last month before our wedding. Karmen at Lumiere Luxe was so helpful!! We wouldn't have been able to get through the last month without her! She helped with organizing/confirming all the vendors and details, she came with us to our finals details meeting with the venue, she created our schedule and organized the day and timing! On the day of the wedding, she was the point of contact and handled everything so that we were able to enjoy the day without any hassle! On top of everything, she is so super friendly and easy to work with! We highly recommend Lumiere Luxe and will definitely be recommending her to everyone we know!
