Modern Kosher were the caterers at our daughter and son in laws wedding at Adath Israel this past summer. We wanted every detail to be perfect and Paula and Moishe and crew made sure that the food was outstanding. We had calls from guests after raving about the meal and all aspects of it as well as the service. I was very concerned about having a plentiful cocktail hors d'oeuvres service and Modern Kosher made sure that people never had to chase the servers to get an hors d'oeuvres and really ensured we had great variety and all were creative and delicious. The meal service was excellent and the meal was delicious, well seasoned and tasty. The sweet table was designed to match our vintage theme with the fruit selection being served in old fashioned apothecary jars, and a full selection of mini mason jar desserts, mini cupcakes, mini donuts, and more and a colour coordinated candy display. The late night passings of corn dogs, poutine, etc. were a big hit. On top of the day turning out perfect, I have to say Paula and Moishe were always a pleasure to deal with. Always made us feel that we were in good hands and that our concerns were theirs. I highly recommend Modern Kosher for any catering need.

Our son and new daughter in law were married last week at the Adath Israel and we were so happy with the outstanding service and catering from Modern Kosher. From the very beginning of when we first met their team, they were always available to meet with us to discuss the menu and pricing which was very reasonable. There were many different available options for dinner and the catering staff helped us put together a great choice for our wedding menu. At the dinner tasting, the food was absolutely delicious that we couldn't wait until the wedding. When the day finally came, Modern Kosher outdid themselves and blew everyone away with the amazing cocktail stations, dinner and dessert buffet that was served at our wedding. The presentation was beautiful, the food was served hot and on time and the service was amazing. They had plenty of chefs, waiters and bartenders and all worked out so well. Our guests couldn't stop telling us how delicious the food was and how impressed they were with the quality and service that was provided by the team. We knew that Modern Kosher and their team would do a great job and we were so happy that we chose the right venue for our children's wedding. We can't wait until we use them again for our next simcha. Thank you again to Modern Kosher for an incredible night that we will always remember.
