I had the pleasure of working with One in a Millan Events for full planning and design services for my wedding back in March 2025. I highly recommend doing full service because they think of everything (a lot of things I never considered or thought of). Victoria and her team Absolutely AMAZING to work with! We can not thank Victoria enough for being there for us every step of the way.

The initial consultation was very detailed and informative. Victoria did an excellent job staying within our budget, as well tweaking the budget to create more of a realistic budget within the different categories (i.e. décor, vendor costs, etc.). Once, the budget was set Victoria did an amazing job with creating a vision board. Victoria’s expertise in this industry allowed the process to run smoothly, as she gave us 2-3 of her expert recommendations for each vendor, while keeping in mind and catering to on our vision and budget. For instance, she completed a thorough investigation of 3 different venues to help us narrow down our search (breaking down the following: food & drink options, location, guest count, furniture/decro options, cost, etc.). Prior to the day of she provided all vendors, and wedding party with the very detailed timeline.
Victoria was the main contact with liaising between us and the vendors, which made for a smooth day (and less stress for my husband and I). The whole journey to our big day was smooth sailing all thanks to Victoria!

I am a very organized and can be anxious and overwhelmed by all the things that need to get done. Victoria eased my worries and kept us in line and on track by sending out frequent to do lists and timelines. Although I’m Type A Victoria is way MORE detailed and organized than I could have asked for…she is an expert in the wedding industry and her knowledge, advice and guidance through the planning and day of is unmatched! She thought of EVERYTHING (from stationaries all the way to providing recommendations to preserve our wedding flowers!

We highly recommend One in a Millan Events for ANY and ALL event planning needs :)

I can't say enough praise on how amazing Victoria was. Victoria was detail-oriented, super organized, and personable, we loved having her be a part of our special day. We used her month of coordination package so she took over from us about a month before our event. In this time we did a venue walkthrough she made an awesome timeline and floor plan and worked with all our vendors to make sure the day of went smoothly. Victoria was extremely responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. She dealt with all our vendors and it was amazing to have that off of our plates - it was a smooth and easy transition and great to have someone take over the last check ins and details with our vendors. Then day of her support was incredible! She checked in on me and my bridesmaids getting ready, took care of literally everything that came up so my partner and I could just have the best time (which we did!!). She made the day run seamlessly and I am SO thankful for her and her team!!! I can't say enough great things about Vic but I highly recommend her and her team to anyone planning an event/wedding.

Victoria and her team were absolutely amazing and exceeded all of our expectations. The attention to detail and ability to find solutions to any issues that came up were so appreciated.

On the day of, Victoria and her team went over the top and helped us in both big and small ways; from steaming dresses, helping with photos, getting me into my wedding dress, making sure we were drinking water, and so much more. We felt completely at ease on the day of knowing her team had everything under control.

They took our vision and truly made it come to life! There was never a moment her team look stressed, and if there were any issues on the day, we didn’t know about them! Even guests who were not a part of the planning process complimented the team’s professionalism.

We truly could not have gotten through the last month of our wedding planning process without Victoria, we will absolutely be using One In a Millan Events for all our milestone events moving forward!

I engaged Victoria and One In A Millan Events for my wedding this past September and it was the best decision. I opted for the partial planning package. Victoria is extremely knowledgeable of the industry and has a great sense of style. The vision board she created for us was EXACTLY what I wanted for my wedding. We unfortunately hit some pretty big bumps in our personal life along the way and Victoria was extremely supportive and went above and beyond her role as our wedding planner. She is punctual, responsive and easy to talk to. Her assistant the day of the wedding was great also, super pleasant, helpful. If you are thinking about using One In A Millan Events for your special occasion you will not be disappointed!
