Our facility features majestic ballrooms and fabulous grounds that include gardens, a waterfall, gazebos, and a romantic, private, natural lake. Each season brings its own beauty, from spectacular colored leaves during the fall to enchanting snow-covered trees in the winter. The Royal Ambassador is revitalized with each season. Your special day is of the utmost importance to us – that is why we offer exceptional service and strive for excellence. With more than 30 years experience, the staff at the Royal Ambassador is here to make sure that all of your needs, from dining to event coordination, are first class. Allow us to provide you with a tour of our facility, customize your menu, and make your dreams come true! Embassy Ballroom Our stunning views and neoclassical architecture create the perfect backdrop for your special day. The Embassy Ballroom features vast windows and a spectacular terrace overlooking 55 acres of parkland setting with a fabulous view of the lake. Ballroom capacity is a minimum of 300 adults to a maximum of 500. At 7,770 square feet and with 16.5-foot ceilings, the Embassy Ballroom is used as one large room or may be divided into two separate ballrooms. Embassy East Ballroom Ballroom capacity is a minimum of 200 adults to a maximum of 300. 4,130 square feet with 16.5-foot ceilings. Embassy West Ballroom Ballroom capacity is a minimum of 125 adults to a maximum of 200. 3,500 square feet with 16.5-foot ceilings. Conservatory Room Nestled on the east side of the building with entry to the terrace overlooking the gardens and lake, the Conservatory is ideal for intimate events. Equipped with an elegant bar and fireplace, capacity is a minimum of 40 adults to a maximum of 100. Library Room Situated on the second level of the building, the Library is a private area designed to accommodate smaller groups. Minimum of 15 adults to a maximum of 50. The Consulate Dining Lounge The Consulate Dining Lounge is one of Caledon’s premier dining destinations and is available for private events on Sundays. For private events, capacity is a minimum of 30 adults to a maximum of 70. The Consulate Dining Lounge also features live music on Friday and Saturday evenings and is available for rehearsal dinners Tuesdays through Thursdays. Greenhouse The Greenhouse, our beautiful brand new facility overlooking Innis lake, is the perfect setting for wedding receptions. The design is modern and chic, and The Greenhouse is fully equipped with luxurious gold Chiavari chairs. Room capacity is a minimum of 150 adults to a maximum of 320. At 5,000 square feet. This new facility is available all year round. Terrace Gazebo Our terrace gazebo is situated among nature’s lovely greenery. This enchanted setting can accommodate up to 220 seated guests. Lakeside Gazebo Our beautifully landscaped Lakeside Gazebo offers a rich and natural setting for your wedding day. Breathtaking views of the lake can be seen from every corner, with a capacity of up to 220 seated guests. Corporate Ideal for corporate events, our beautifully appointed facility is set within the most tranquil surroundings next to Innis Lake in Caledon and yet is strategically located 30 minutes from Toronto and the Pearson International Airport. The Royal Ambassador offers an elegant main ballroom that seats as many as 500 people for banquets or 900 theater-style, a tented facility for up to 400 seated guests, a private boardroom, and an intimate room for up to 100 people that features a beautiful fireplace. All the indoor rooms are well equipped with the latest in technology, including free wireless, in order to successfully execute your event. The Royal Ambassador offers a unique way to enhance teamwork and motivation with a 20-acre lake and 35 parkland-like acres set in a country oasis. The Royal Ambassador is also ideal for hosting such events as holiday celebrations. I would give this place a negative Star rating if possible.Beautiful venue but that's all this place has to offer. I had a very bad experience for the entire process from beginning to end. They lack customer service and make a lot of false promises. They're not diverse in any way and cannot accommodate to different cultures other than PORTUGUESE. I strongly discourage everyone from considering to host their events here if they want a proud and happy and memorable experience. Also there's no form of recourse once issues arise because the management team will only cover up and play dumb. This place is so bad I wouldn't recommend it to my enemy.Thank you for destroying my life long dream and my once in a lifetime experience.... This place should be called "THE ROYAL IDIOTS "

Hosted our annual event and everything ran smoothly. The food was fresh and hot. Our dinner service took the exact amount of time as discussed. Sonya our coordinator overlooked our event during the planning process and ensured everything was covered.Thank you Sonya and staff at Royal Ambassador for making our annual event a hit. Had my wedding and ceremony here over the weekend. Was very lucky that the weather held out for our ceremony. Wanted to thank Sonya for allowing us to store so many of our wedding items in her office. From my husband and myself, we appreciated the time she took out of your busy schedule to explain certain items to us. All the wait staff were overly kind to us that day from holding our bags, bringing us food to nibble on between photos. And of course everyone we had talked to so far has said nothing but positive things about the food.Thank you for making our day extra special.

I do not know what to say but Royal Ambassador keeps impressing my family and friends. I continue to go to this venue each major event and continue to be blown away by the food as well as the serve. Back in March i had my engagement party, its was so great that my guess were saying that should of been the wedding. Food was great and plenty of it, Bar was on and poping throughout the night, and service was amazing. Last week i had food catered to the house, and again food was amazing. no complaints. I am looking forward to my wedding on September 2017. The Greenhouse is going to be amazing
