During my last visit at this location, I had a top notch experience. All the servers were very professional and accommodating. Amazing customer service from this team. Already began recommending this place to my friends and family!

I come almost everyday to have some of that succulent Jerk Pork! I love the amount of spice and flavour on the pork and the gravy. The rice and peas are done right as well, with the right amount of coconut cream, scallions, garlic, and thyme. There are times when they run out of the pork, which is understandable since it's a best seller. When that occurs I go for the Curry Goat, which is also excellent. I'm going to try the patties next. I just found out that they made their own!

This place seems so mismanaged! Why? Because the service is so consistently bad. Staff behind the counter often seems very unhappy to be there. Never smiling, not engaging at all, and they move so slowly. They need training. It cant be that hard to pay fairly, coach on customer service and reward the right behaviours. How much more money would you make if your staff actually smiled, moved faster and gave real service?On a positive note, the food is good! And even with the service issues, its still one of the most popular spots in the Union food court.

Surpassed my expectation for train station food, was really quite tasty! I was initially miffed by quite how flexible the plastic fork was, but no bones so who cares. Totally pigged out.

Terrible service and employees lack any sort of people skills or thinking process. If you are closing for the night then simple tell me. Do not make me try and order every item on the menu and tell me its all out. A simple we are closing for the night is appreciated. Keeping a friendly smile would help too instead of behaving like taking an customer order, which pays for your wage, is the most difficult thing in the world.
